After years of exercising, running a marathon, and athletics I decided to hire Adam as both my in-person personal trainer and online personal trainer to take things to the next level! I travel a lot so I use his online personal training when I'm away and it's just as fantastic as working with him in person. As someone who works out at home, Adam was able to provide me with a personalized workout regimen based on my limited equipment. His programming is well-rounded and I don't think I've repeated the same one twice. He is great with following up regularly on my workouts and nutrition. I just recently started using Adams individualized work out plans and what can I say the guy is great. Not only is he knowledgeable about his craft but he is able to create workouts that push you but also allow you to get up the next day and hit the gym even harder. Adam is constantly try to perfect his craft and constantly making sure his clients are progressing.
