After 25 years of in-person & distance counseling I have taken my practice to a Telehealth format! These are interesting times & many have found receiving therapy from the quiet & convenience of their own home to be very rewarding. I have offered distance phone & video therapy for over a decade. My level of expertise & skill in providing the 1:1 attention you need is equally as effective during distance work.

I also have an expertise in spiritual and personal growth and life/career satisfaction. I offer EMDR to treat PTSD and heal trauma responses.
