I've been going to Selah Massage & Bodywork for years. Amy is a pro at working out the kinks in my neck, shoulders and arms. The environment is calming and lotions/oils so wonderful. My husband knows he will also score 5 stars when he gives me gift certificates to Selah for any occasion.

The gift of massage from Selah Massage and Bodywork is always worth giving to myself. Great skill and intuition combine with compassion and kindness to create an optimum massage experience.
Sometimes I enjoy a full body massage—an overall focus, with just a little extra work in some trouble spots.
Other times I've arrived greatly suffering from either a chronic or acute issue and had it solved (or greatly soothed) at the hands of Selah Massage and Bodywork. Most notable was when my severe, chronic foot pain (plantar fasciitis) was gone after one session.
