At the apartment we were renting, our neighbors apartment had an uncapped natural gas valve that caused an explosion and fire that completely destroyed the building. We suffered injuries and massive property loss from this and the owner of the property was responsible for this and did not care. Issue we had is with the "go to" attorney, Mark, for my wife's workman's comp claim. We were never contacted by any of the staff unless a call was made to them first to find out what was going on with the case. Mark, gave no real information that was useful on any of the major points that have to do with workman's comp claims. The major one being that apparently there was a question regarding authenticity of the claim, which required the full trial to determine decisions for treatments, payments, etc..
