Eric , the owner , and the rest of the staff was very friendly and knowledgable when it came to replacing the water pump on my truck. They even let me use a loaner to drive until mine was fixed ! Their price to replace the water pump was very reasonable also. I'll definitely be back !

Our van broke down with what at first appeared to be an electrical issue, maybe a relay or the starter. Luckily it ended up being primarily just a battery issue and I was quite impressed with the professionalism and the fact that the bill did not at all seem exorbitant; and that they did not try to increase the total with any unnecessary repairs.

They replaced a knock sensor for me, I’m not sure if that is covered under one of the options above. I did already have the party but I missed my first scheduled appointment and they were really nice about rescheduling and got be back in as quickly as possible. (It was Thanksgiving week but it just took a few days.) I had heard that the labor for replacing that part would be pretty high and the first place I called quoted me a price of $350. There was a misunderstanding originally about what they were replacing and they thought it was an oxygen sensor and had told me it would me about $115. When

I repaired my Ford Edge car in July 2021. after they made repairs a week later the problem recurred! I went to the service center and they determined that there was a problem with the spare part they replaced for me. Eric promised that they would replace the part for me but they still haven't done anything! 3 months have passed since I contacted them with a problem !!! I think that this issue needs to be resolved in court, since now they do not answer calls, and when they answer they say that they will call me back.

Had a accident with my truck and this was a shop that was recommended to look into the repairs. Even though they where packed they still where able to take a look they weren't able to work on the vehicle itself but recommended a shop that could quicker. The owner is a veteran and very helpful he didn't even charge me for looking at what was wrong with my truck. Keep up the good work!
