I had the pleasure of working with Brigid Booths during my purchase period. Brigid made the experience very easy and stress free for me. She was very quick to respond and had answers to all my questions. If she couldn’t answer my question, she would reach out to someone who could and relay the message back. Naturally being a first time homebuyer I had a lot of questions/concerns but she was extremely patient during the several months we worked together. Overall beyond pleased with the process and extremely happy with my new home!

Les helped me sell my condo in Buckhead in less than 60 days. He is very attentive to detail and knows the market which helped me move it fast at a strong price. I used Atlanta Peach Realty when I bought my first house. To me buying my first property was a big deal and Les was very good at telling me what I needed to know. He worked around my schedule without a problem. I ended up seeing over 30 houses until I found MY house, and he was extremely patient with me throughout the entire process. I could always tell my best interest was his only priority.

Christine Klimek helped us tremendously in 2011 during the housing bust! My husband, daughter and I were in a situation where we needed to sell our house and move in a short period of time so our daughter could start school. Christine was able to advise us on small updates to make to enable a quick sell. We discussed our options with rental versus sell since we were in a tough market.
