SHE IS THE MOST AMAZING AND HARDWORKING AGENT! It was a pleasure getting to know her and she is truly amazing on every aspect. We just moved to this area and have gotten a lot of help and advices from her throughout the entire buying process. Gloria is a professional, knowledgeable and thorough realtor.
We purchased a couple of houses through her in the past 4 years. She recently sold a house for us. We were under the contract with a buyer who was pre-approved. Unfortunately, the buyer was not able to get a loan approval due to certain factors. Gloria worked out a “lease to purchase” plan for us. The buyer lives in the house happily (while Gloria’s company helped manage the house) and we were able to close the house 7 months later.
We appreciate Gloria’s hard work and her great suggestion of solving buyer’s financial situation

Gloria was amazing in helping us close our first house, even though it took little more then a years because our house was under construction for that long but she stayed with us the whole time. She was very attentive to detail, and extremely responsive in answering all of our questions. Throughout the whole progress, she was always there to suggest anything we could get done extra or to help us get a better deal. The progress for closing was made much easier for us because of Gloria. I HIGHLY recommend her to buy your next home :) .

Buying home is never an easy process, not even mention for people from out of town like us. Luckily we found Gloria online. She is very knowledgeable about Orlando housing market, very proactive and responsive about any questions/concerns we have. Gloria is reliable, knowledgeable, diligent and professional agent. She is amazing. We were accidentally 2+ hours late for the appointments when arrived Orlando, but she picked us up at hotel with smiles and rescheduled all the showings. It was around 8pm after we finished 4.5 hours' showing before Christmas. Gloria never pushed us to make an offer, but patiently gave the whole picture of properties including competitors, market, feedbacks from other investors, in order to ensure our investment successful for long term. Gloria is diligent and knowledgeable real estate agent. She always follows up for you and gives you a quick response. As we are the first time buyers from Canada, we are not so familiar with the local market, she helped us go through the whole buying process and give us very detailed instruction what to do next.
