Dr. Koppy is the best vet our family has ever had. Before finding her, our experiences ranged from mediocre to awful. She's cared for our cats for several years now, and I cannot say enough about how talented, smart, and compassionate she is. She never makes us feel rushed and addresses all of our concerns. She's helped our cats through dental surgeries, cancer, and kidney disease, with great care and plans that work to keep them healthy for as long as possible. I wish every animal had a Dr. Koppy to care for them. We also love the rest of the team, including the other vets, techs, and support

Our dog is very afraid of the vet, but all of the staff - reception up to the vets - all treat her with care. They have told us multiple times that “We love her but we know the feeling isn’t mutual.”
Recommend in general but if you have a nervous pet, you cannot get a better, more understanding crew.

Lyndale Animal Hospital is an excellent place to take your pets! Even through this pandemic they have been extra caring and cautious. My kitty Sapphire has been having skin issues and I brought her in once in May. They came to my car to pick her up safely and conduct the exam inside. I was on the phone with the Dr during the visit. Since then I’ve had follow up phone calls and they helped me find a solution without having to bring her in again, saving me lots of money, time, and stress! I can’t recommend them highly enough. It’s worth the drive even now that I live in the suburbs. Thanks

Lyndale Animal Hospital is just so, so wonderful. All the staff are so caring and thoughtful. I brought in my Miss Delia because she was having issues with her mouth and she wasn’t eating. Dr. Benson was so… assuring as we tried to figure out what was going on. (Delia probably ate an insect or was having a reaction to a toxin in a plant. You gotta keep those house plants out of reach!) Dr. Benson was so thorough as she explained what we could do to solve the problem. With a combination of treatments, we got Miss Delia back to her old, perky, goofy self. Thank you so much to Dr. Benson

I bring my pets into Lyndale Animal Hospital because of the positive experiences and trust I have with all the staff. They display exceptional knowledge, experience and kindness not only to my pets but also myself. My dog Collin has been scared to go into the vet ever since he was younger and with the help of vet tech Erin & Dr. Benson, he had a… great experience at his appointment today :) They knew exactly how to handle his anxiety and turned what could have been a scary experience into a successful day! I can't thank them enough for keeping my animals safe & healthy. I will keep

I’ve been going to Lynadal Animal Hospital for about 8 years now and can’t imagine switching. I’ve been to a couple other hospitals in the area in the past, all really good but LAH is family. We’ve had a couple health scares with my cats over the years but they’ve always helped us out. They’ve been caring towards my little guys and myself since day… 1. Remarkable considering I’m definitely “that guy” that will call if I see one of them chewing weird (true story!) and I need to be talked off a ledge. Love this place and their staff. If

I have personally felt disrespected and dismissed by the staff at Lyndale Animal Hospital. In the past, Kelsey (front desk) has acted very condescending towards me when I have genuine concerns and questions about my cat's health (specifically his RX diet). I just received copies of my cat's medical records and confirmed that she has left rude notes about me in his records.

Lyndale Animal Hospital has lost their mind. Their pricing is ridiculous, and don't call before price check on flea meds, because when you come to pick them up, they add a $5 restocking charge for the two times that I called to check prices. There for three confortis pills at $20 each and an additional $10 for restocking fee. So instead of $60 I… had to pay $70. That is utterly ridiculous !!! It's gotten to the point that regular people can't afford to take care of their pets. And they swivel around in their chair to reach up to get the flea medicine that stacked on shelves right behind

I had been taking my dog here for about 9 months. I’ve been pleased with the service, and the price is reasonable. I’d also like to thank the staff for their compassion and support, as I recently had to say goodbye to my 13 year old dog. We also have two cats, which I plan on bringing here as well in the future.

12 years ago I took my young cat to this animal hospital seeking a second opinion after hearing my cat could have cancer. We were treated well and they removed one of my cats front legs and part of his shoulder at the tune of $2500. I had another cat at the time and over the years had a few visits here and there. Being house cats they were… relatively low maintenance. 5.5 years ago, my cat with 4 legs had seen her final days and Lyndale Animal Hospital agreed. Her loss was heartbreaking and they even sent a card. Yesterday, after making an appointment last week, I took my old three legged
