Before joining Pulse, I attended various gyms over the years and tried out different "boot camp" deals I've come across.
This is the first place to which I feel I "belong". I'm not only impressed with the professionalism of the staff but, I genuinely like the other members too.
It's not a "meathead" gym nor is it one of those mega places where you're pretty much on your own and invisible.
The staff knows their stuff and seem to genuinely care about your fitness and well being. They are valuable resources of exercise, physical therapy and nutrition advice.

Came to PulseFitness for the 14 day free trial and after the first semi private training session I immediately decided I would sign up for the annual membership. The bootcamps are great and offered at multiple times throughout the day. The trainers are very hands on and will work with any previous injuries tailoring your workout to avoid agitation of said areas. This place is great I highly recommend it to all. And they have a really good smoothie bar for post workout shakes!!

I have trained at Pulse Fitness for the last 3 years and LOVE IT! Very experienced coaches that help put together a plan to get you to your fitness and health goals. The inbody machine gives you a great tool to measure your body composition that allows you to track your body fat and muscle mass. It helps keep you focused on facts and holds you accountable, along with your coaches. This makes it easy to track your progress and make adjustments in your training as you go. I look forward to my workouts every day!

I have belonged to Pulse Fitness for over 6 years and truly look forward to my workouts there. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and are great teachers. The workouts vary daily to keep our bodies guessing and I have seen solid strength and fitness improvements year over year over year. I tried Pulse Fitness' free 14 day challenge recently, and it was a good experience. They first sit with you to understand your fitness goals. If you are interested, they make you sign an agreement up front, and just request you notify them before the end of the 14 day period if you are going to change or cancel.
They put you in groups of 1-4 (I experienced both during my trial) and the instructors provide the right amount of encouragement as well as spend time ensuring proper technique. Chris in particular was fantastic in helping a newbie through the exercises

I participated in the 6 week challenge. I lost 4.5% in my 1st three weeks. I highly recommend this location! The trainers are awesome and make the gym feel like family. All the members are welcoming as well unlike other north Scottsdale facilities. I finished my 6 week challenge at 5.4% loss. Had I been more strict I probably could have lost more.

I completed the 6wk challenge and lost nearly 9% body fat! The Pulse team helped me get back into the gym after a two year hiatus and upon completion I felt as if I had never missed a day. This program truly does work if you put the effort in to follow the meal plan. The meal plan they gave me was easy to follow and the workouts were tough enough with them that I didn't need to workout 6 or 7 days a week to meet my goal. I would highly recommend this program to anyone.

I just finished a 6 week transformation challenge at Pulse Fitness, and I absolutely loved it. The program is extremely effective when followed strictly. The team of fitness and nutrition experts give you all the tools to succeed. They lay out a meal plan specific to your goals and motivate you to work hard in and out of the gym. I have been in the six week program now for two weeks following the suggested guidelines provided by pulse fitness and at so happy with the results so far. I have in only two weeks lost 7% body fat (my target goal only being 5% and have gained 3 lbs in muscle. Decided it was time to get back into a gym. After a little homework I settled on Pulse Fitness. It was a great decision. Super knowledgeable training team that pushes you but builds with each session. Each workout is custom designed for you (my wife and I go together, share a trainer but have very different work outs). I am in love with this gym! Its not your typical gym, its a breed of its own! The personal trainers are highly qualified and have extremely admirable certifications/education! I joined Pulse Fitness 5 months ago after seeing a picture of myself from my bridal Shower and realized that I needed to lose weight and get in shape. Since then I have lost a lot of weight, gained muscle and just have such a better understanding of nutrition and my metabolism.
