We've officially taken all our workouts online! For just $14.99/month, all you have to do is press "play" and you'll get everything you need in a fitness program! You'll get a variety of strength, cardio, core and flexibility workouts that you can access anytime, anywhere. You can use this as a great "all-in-one" option or simply an "add-on" to other activities & workouts you do during the week.

Easily customizable exercises for all levels. We show low-, medium-& high-impact options, plus modifications for those with injuries or limitations. Positive & experienced AAY! trainers who give clear, specific instruction on how to do each exercise properly. This special program is perfect you've fallen out of your fitness routine & are nervous about keeping up.

With everything going on with the coronavirus, this bootcamp has switched gears and has remained true to themselves. They have gotten so creative with online workouts! Members can continue on with their health and fitness, which is so important to stay healthy right now! Can't say enough good comments to really express how much I love this community.

Great place to workout. Friendly staff and super wonderful fitness instructors. Members are friendly and warm. Due to Corona Virus we are doing online exercises and getting the motivation and support that we need.

They are great motivators, love it when they check in with you when you are missing for a few days and love the fact that they are on top of your workout. They will always correct you to make sure you are doing the exercise the correct way.

I love the all-inclusive community at AAY! People of all ages are welcome and everyone always seems to get a great workout. The classes are a mix of strength and cardio but modifications are always handy. The teachers work hard to create a variety of workouts so I'm never bored. It really is a joy to work out with AAY!

AAY! isn't new to the community, however, it's relatively new to me and I am just so EXCITED to have finally taken the leap! Exercise & sports have always played a huge role in my life, however, after 2 kids, it took a back seat and so did my strength/energy. I've had the opportunity to work out with all of their trainers (sometimes at 5:45am, sometimes at 9:00am) and it's been a GAME CHANGER. The energy at AAY!, their philosophy, the members, and the owners (Nar & Elaine, you've created something amazing here).... each interaction has been better

This is hands down the best workout in LA. It's always motivating, new, and challenging. The trainers make it so fun! I love it. I go every morning to the 5:45 class and leave feeling energized for the day!

The trainers are all super friendly and supportive. The workouts are different everyday, so each exercise goes by quick. The workout groups are nice and small; it feels like working out with a group of friends. I highly recommend AAY!

I truly enjoy waking up in the morning to go workout with AAY! I let other things in my life get in the way of my fitness and health routine. AAY is helping me​ get back to a place where I feel good about exercising again. They also have fun activities and challenges to keep you engaged (perfect for those goal-oriented types like me). The trainers are incredible too! I just can't say enough good things about this place!

I absolutely love AAY. I love how accepting and challenging they are. They create a modification for everything which makes the work out accessible to everyone. They push you do YOUR best , not THE best. The workouts are also great! Something different everyday, and always fun. Everything is also very thought out. I highly recommend you try AAY.

I have been attending for four months and it has totally transformed my way of living. I have built strength, my posture has improved and have lost weight. The classes are always fun and challenging. It has become a part of my daily routine. Highly recommend it.

I can't say enough good things about Elaine and Narina and the awesome nutrition/fitness program they've created. The menus are really good and super easy to follow. As health and fitness experts, they're supportive and encouraging and I'll always be grateful to them. Highly recommend!!!

I've been a member at AAY for almost a year and it's been one of the best decisions I've made. I was looking for a place to start working out after having two kids back to back and AAY has been perfect for me. The classes are always different so you don't get bored and the trainers are always upbeat and energetic. There are always modifications to each exercises so that everyone can participate regardless of injuries or fitness levels. At AAY I feel that I get the attention of having a personal trainer but we a great community aspect to go with it. Not only do I feel fitter

It has been three months since I joined the AAY community and I'm loving it! I feel stronger, more energetic, and have lost 20 lbs! The trainers challenge you with the varying strength and dynamic movement exercises and are very supportive no matter what fitness level you're at. They also offer nutrition programs - an extra tool to help achieve your fitness and health goals! How AWESOME is that!

Everyone here is wonderful. They made us feel right at home from the very first class.
All the girls are great & I just love Martha - she is awesome, down to earth, and has no problem telling it like it is :)
We signed up for one month at a discounted rate and have really enjoyed ourselves. Not sure if we will be able to continue once the month ends due to the price of the regular membership....I guess we'll see.
It would be awesome if they had evening classes instead of morning only :(

Still going strong after 5 years with this boot camp. I am happy to report that my body is still challenged and getting stronger with every workout. I honestly feel like something is missing from my day when I do not attend. I miss not only the workouts, but friendly faces I look forward to sweating with on a regular basis.
I ran my first marathon two years ago and the strength training I received from AAY helped make me a stronger and faster runner. It was an integral part of my training. Thank you you AAY! for helping me achieve a lifelong goal.

Over two years ago I came in for my first class and almost fainted. You have to believe that the energy here is so warm and welcoming that I was willing and excited to come back no matter how ridiculously out of shape the first class made me feel. This isn't a bootcamp for the fit. This is a bootcamp for anyone striving to hold a healthy lifestyle.

I've never been one to get myself to a gym, and even if I did, I wouldn't know where to start. AAY makes working out feel like an extracurricular activity with trainers that coach you through every move. Just as the members of a sport

I've been a member of AAY on and off since 2011. Elaine and Nar (the owners) are very professional, the classes are super fun, and they really work at creating a welcoming community. They manage to make the workouts suitable for every fitness level too. In addition to the exercise classes they offer a nutrition program a couple times a year and people see great results.

This place is the best! I don't think I have ever been this excited about waking up on a Monday morning to go to a 5:45 fitness class. Elaine and Nar are the most motivating and inspiring instructors. And there really is such a sense of community. I love AAY! Life changing!

I found AAY because I was doing a Fitness Challenge as part of a diet plan and I knew that if I didn't have a structure I would not make the goals.
The program is well organized and the instructors are very positive. The workouts are exceedingly varied, which helps with recovery. I especially like the supportive attitude and the down-to-earth atmosphere. I think it's been a terrific investment of money and time.

I've been coming to this bootcamp for about a year now. I love that the routines change all the time, so my muscles are always challenged. Elaine and Nar are great instructors who inspire and push me to get stronger and try the more challenging options. The earliest class fits into my schedule perfectly and I love that they offer measurements to see how I'm progressing at no extra charge, a total bonus.

They really care about the people in the class and want us to be healthy. There are nutrition, stretching and overall health tips that are given at the end of class during the stretches

Ok so it's been 21 months since I joined AAY and would absolutely lost without this amazing company.

I have to admit, my fitness routine has gone through high's and low's over the last year, different reasons, work, travel, but really just plain laziness. BUT I just completed AAY's 8 week nutrition course and can genuinely say, it changed my life.

The food is amazing (NAR you rockstar)!!!!! Now, you are looking to eat approx 1300-1350 of calories each day, and the first week is hard, no doubt about it, BUT it does get easier. You have a shopping list and most groceries

"I have struggled with my weight all of my life and I knew I would always feel better (and look better) if I could keep that last 10-15 lbs off my frame.
So in addition to working out with AAY, I would do every diet fad that existed. The diets always worked for 3-6 weeks but then I'd be back to my old habits. Last year, I had tried my last fad diet (the 4 hour body diet) and was upset about gaining all the weight back. Around the same time, I had been hearing about AAY participants doing the AAY Nutrition Program with amazing results.
It's an 8 week program where you're guided by Elaine & Nar

One of my favorite reasons to get up every morning. I have been a member for over 6 years, and I am still not bored with their ever changing programs.
Prior to joining AAY!, I went to the gym, attended group exercise classes and ran on my own, but still got bored with my routine and trying to figure out ways to keep my muscles confused. Now, all I have to do is show up every morning, and someone else has done all the planning. The trainers, Narina and Elaine, offer a well rounded program each week that can be modified to anyone's fitness level. The program changes every week,so no matter what

I've waited to write a review for AAY to see if I would stick with it. I joined back in July and haven't stopped loving every moment of my time there.

I still remember the first workout I showed up to, and remember being impressed by the diversity in fitness levels. I hadn't been to the gym in quite some time and was a little apprehensive, but they have modifications for every fitness level and take the time to make sure everyone has good form to prevent injuries.

You could say I've never been a morning person, but AAY gives me a reason to wake up and go every morning

For me, a life-changing experience. Workouts M-F, 5:45 am, 7am, 8am, 9am. WHY THIS PROGRAM WORKS: 1) individual attention ensures each person is getting the most out of each exercise AND, important for me, allows for modifications if needed to protect a weak area or injury; 2) a different workout program every week of the year--the variety makes it fresh and challenging, 3) accountability: period weigh-in/measurements; advance sign-ups--if you don't show up, you WILL hear from them, and 4) nutrition group also available; I did the nutrition program twice and learned so much!!!
