Mike Fisher is a fantastic personal trainer and I highly recommend him! I'm an overweight 56 year old woman and I have been working with Mike since March. He travels to my house and I can workout in the privacy of my tiny house. He has helped increase my strength and endurance so much. I have degenerative joint disease in my knees and spine so he tailors my workouts so they are effective but don't hurt. He is always pleasant and encouraging and makes the workouts fun and even brings the equipment with him. He inspires me to improve my physical fitness. Mike is very flexible with scheduling

Mike is passionate about fitness and health and EXTREMELY motivating! He will get you moving even when you want to pull the covers over your head and hide. His knowledge of what you need to do to achieve your goal (whether it is weight loss, muscle building, rehab) is vast. He knows what works, bottom line. 100% trustworthy and honest. This is the type of trainer that you want. He's not just in it for the money, he truly loves what he does and it shows.
