Schedule a consultation with a P.T. counselor for a total body assessment, a breakdown of your current level of health, a tailored 40-minute workout session, nutritional recommendations, and goal setting. I am the type of person who hates workout but back in my mind know that I need it, and also benefited from keeping up for years. I've tried with many different trainers and gyms, and Elite is the only one what works for me. I reply on my trainer to monitor my needs and design the program for me, and it saved a great deal of struggles for me to keep up with the training - and I had to admit that they also made the training kind of fun. In my 3rd and hopefully many more years to go with Elite! Here's a picture of my wonderful trainer Luis.

I prepaid a year's worth of training and only used 6 months. When I tried to get the remainder of the training or my money back they never called me back or responded to my online requests or letters.
Extremely unhappy with Elite Home Fitnesse. Stay away from them.
Update: Called the number Matt provided on May 13 2021. Nobody answered. Not even Sales.
Left yet another message.
Update (May 24 2021): Called the number Matt provided. Nobody answers. Selected "Next Available Representative" and the response was "that number has been disconnected" I left a final message in the Sales voicemail.
