I started working out with Kayla when I was 13 weeks pregnant. At this time, I was clueless about what I could do and what I needed to avoid in the gym. Kaylas workouts have been great during my pregnancy. The workouts are not only safe but also effective. I always leave feeling good and know it’s going to prepare me and my baby boy for what’s to come. I used Kayla’s Your Fit Mom classes online since the very beginning of my second trimester all the way through postpartum. I credit her to keeping me in shape during pregnancy and keeping me in shape and safe postpartum when I started working out again. I highly recommend it, for both pre and postnatal! Kayla is so wonderful! I met her while we were both pregnant and we started working out together. She was so knowledgeable and helped me workout safely and effectively in my third trimester.
