Dolsot House
Are you tired of Asian food that is predictable, either too bland or too spicy, and not authentic? Are you ready for a new taste experience? At Dolsot House we offer fresh, wholesome, healthy food that is both healthy and exciting. It is served family style, with side dishes ("banchan"), so everyone can have his or her own combination of textures and flavors.

We want you to have a unique, healthy, satisfying cultural dining experience. Our dream was to open a totally different kind of Korean restaurant. One that serves authentic, fresh, exciting traditional Korean food, the kind we grew up with. One that offered great service and a even better food. Did we succeed?

This is the best wing spot in South jersey. Honestly best wings // food I've ever had. I go here almost every week for 3 years now and they always have great customer service. I've never left here disappointed. One time, since I was such a regular I called them and told them I was on my way and to not close the kitchen, I came in and the food was waiting for us on the table already because they had my order memorized by this time. It was the nicest thing any restraunt has ever done for us! The owner came up to us as well and thanked us for being loyal customers. I love this place.

I gave this place 3 stars a while ago but never wrote an actual review because I used to enjoy this place. However, I took a friend of mine here for the first time the other day and this place honestly deserves a 1 maybe 2 stars. The service was mediocre, the food was of average quality, but what really got me was seeing a roach scurry across the floor. Wish I took photos of it before my husband stepped on it. Unsure if I'll ever return again or even consider ordering take out.

[Grade: A]

On my journey north, I initially was thinking of getting Philly Cheesesteak in Philly, right? But oddly enough I was craving korean food and luckily I found this place nearby I-95. Although a bit confusing to get to at first (there's like three very close right turns you can take right before it and the GPS had a hard time showing which one it was), I thought it had that great ambience that I've normally encountered in the many korean restaurants I've been to. I especially enjoyed how they had street food and other types of korean food making shows in the background as

Placed a takeout order over the phone. She said it was an hour wait which we were okay with. Got there and the waiter told my boyfriend it would be ten more mins for chicken wings... we end up waiting an additional hour and a half! I get that it's busy and that it's dinner time but that's ridiculous. All of the other food we ordered is now cold as well.

Also I feel like every time we try to call the phone never works or something and always to ring multiple times

As one who cooks authentic Korean daily at home, Id say that there was no reason for us to dine here except that it was the most convenient Korean spot on way home to Boston from DC.

With that said, I'll give an honest review as someone who grew up on some of the best home cooked Korean by a mom who made everything from scratch at artisan level -- also recognizing that this is a small dining establishment in a mall strip with four other competing asian american businesses nearly side by side.

Her is what we ordered. I will provide two "well done" and two "could be improved

One thing people in this area love is some Dolsot House... and for great reason... their food is consistently fresh and delicious! Their wings are basically famous around here and for good reason... their crunch can be heard at your neighbors house lol. The only one thing I will warn you... if you get honey sesame wings it will be ALL OVER, and it's soooo sticky, well it is honey lol. The entrees are really good too... I really like their la kalbi it's so good. Omurice is a work of art... an omelet filled with the softest rice ever... the restaurant itself is pretty small and mostly

Probably the best dumplings & wings I've had in years! Crunchy & flavorful to the tee! The customer service the first time we went was awesome. Our server was so attentive & personable. However, the second time we were there, there were even less ppl there when compared to the first time and we didn't get our drinks till about 10-15 mins in. We had to get a servers attention just to get our drinks. Food is undeniably good. But the customer service is a hit or miss.

I was craving some spicy pork dolsot and came here on a busy night with a friend! Despite the busyness, service was rather speedy and we got our food fairly quickly after we had ordered. In terms of food quality, the meat and rice combo had a robust taste served in a steamy stone bowl. My friend got jjampong and that looked amazing so I am definitely hoping to come back again to try that!

I came here with my parents and we had the jampong, naeng myun and galbi dolsot. The banchan was simple but very good (good kim chi and that is important to me). Portions are large but more importantly, the flavor was larger. My jampong broth was delish and it was heartily filled with seafood. The noodles were perfectly cooked. On the other spectrum, my mom's naeng myun was also flavorful and filled with beef strips, cucumber and radish. The broth was also terrific. Lastly, my dad said this was the best dolsot he's ever had. He loved how the onions and carrots were cooked and

This place is a definition of hole in the wall. I got the Vegetarian Pajun & L.A. Kolbi Dolsot and wow there are no words. Authentic Korean food done right. Juicy Korean bbq over fresh vegetables, and sticky rice. Bold flavors that captivate the whole meal. Not much I can say but if your craving something different, I'd say go and check this place out.

Btw: Their Honey Sesame chicken wings are a MUST!!! It's crunchy to perfection, taste is bold and satisfying.

This was my first time enjoying Korean food and won't be the last. The restaurant is small but very popular. During busy hours it will be hard to have dinner conversations as we found out.

Now, let's talk food. They bring out an assortment of little plates of what I assume is traditional Korean condiments. Kimchi, sprouts, zucchini, potatoes and a pasta salad. They were all good. We ordered wings, short ribs and the beef bibimbap. The wings were soooooo crispy and good. The short ribs were tender. Our bibimbap came on a hot plate which was neat. I do recommend you ask for the salt

This is my first time ordering from this place and looking at the review, I had to get their Korean fried wings since it was voted the best in south jersey.

I ordered two orders of Korean fried wings, ten pieces of soy garlic and ten pieces of honey sesame. I also got the rice cake soup which has rice cake, and eggs in a beef broth. The rice cake soup was a comforting dish. Perfect to have on a cold day. The wings were decent. I had better, and crisper wings elsewhere so I was a little bit disappointed about the hype reviews. The wings aren't as crispy and the sauces were ok. I would like
