Other focuses include flexibility, arms, legs, hips and booty by incorporating stretching, arm and leg workouts such as jumping jacks, lunges and squats.

Who said Hulu hooping isn't a great workout? It is an awesome workout. This class was fun, energetic and intense all at the same time. The teacher was very motivating and kept a smile on her face, making you feel comfortable, empowering you to breath, smile and be present during challenging moves. Also the teacher has great hospitality skills offering the class water and pineapple and ginger shots to keep you energetic and to help you cool down. With here huluhoop waist belts I surely was sweating and burned some calories. Great class will surely be back!
