We provide men and women and children, over the age of 13, an opportunity to achieve twice the results in less time and at a fraction of the costs of one-on-one personal training or your money back. It's an awesome alternative to working out in a group setting indoors, with planned exercises, activities and nutrition and health tips.
Our bi-Annual nutrition and workout challenge. Official challenge start dates are: Day after Martin Luther King Jr in January and day after Memorial Day in May. Challenge is officially open year round as well. Do not need to be in the Hilliard, OH area to participate. Got kids aged 8-18? We got the training program for them.

I was invited by a friend to attend Yun Fitness Bootcamp for a 2-week trial. I was hooked! Trust me...this will be the BEST work-out you'll ever have!
Each work-out is done by the practice of high intensity interval training. So, each work-out is only 30-35 min, 3x a week, but you'll see results in just a few weeks.
Also, every work-out is different so your muscles are always in "confusion
