Our training style is functional. We utilize compound and multi-joint movements to increase your fitness level, build muscle and create a calorie burning metabolism. Once we determine what your fitness level is and or what your body and health issues are we make recommendations on where we should start.

The trainers at this gym take special consideration for some of the issues I have with my body and work with me which doesn't happen at a lot of the larger gyms. I have been working out here for almost a year and I am in so much better shape then I was a year ago. Korkeya designs workouts for me weekly that help strengthen my back and my legs and my core. I have been very happy here.

I just recently joined this gym for their boxing classes. The staff is excellent and the atmosphere is just as great!! I actually got recommended to go here by one of my family members, and I make a 25 minute drive for it with no regrets! I would recommend to anyone looking for a smaller atmosphere to make a bigger difference that you can't get at those big, chain gyms.

This gym has changed my life! As an avid yogi and runner, I always avoided gyms because of how intimidating, foreign, and exclusive they felt. But not this gym! From the minute I walked in, my goals were heard and met with openness and understanding. Korkeya and Jose are the best of the best and can map out the best fitness plan for you and your very unique and personal needs. My favorite part of this gym is how intimate it is- it's small but mighty and often I can find times to workout alone or with a few others. Dan Z and I just happened to be at one of our favorite watering holes, AWOL, Saturday afternoon and upon leaving noticed a new sign on an old gallery, Olde Towne Fitness. As Dan was getting the info, the new owner happened to walk up, Korkeya. Super nice guy, gave us the grand tour and found out that his wife is a fellow Nationwider. So, if your in the OldeTown area and want to check this place out (Korkeya said memberships will be month to month) and get all buffed up like me (LOL) definitely stop in and check it out !
