For our clients under a doctor's care, our trainers provide fitness assessment reports to their healthcare providers along with a copy of the programs we have designed for them.

I had injured my knee almost two years ago and had stopped exercising all together. Whenever I tried to do something active, I would end up in pain. I decided that this year I wasn’t going to have another inactive summer. I heard that Mark was knowledgeable about training people that had physical therapy needs, so in March I decided to try working out with Mark. It’s been a little over 3 months and a feel a huge increase in my balance and energy. I am able to strength train and I’ve not experienced any knee pain. Mark is - simply put - a fantastic trainer. He’s corrected my form and shown how effective doing something right truly is. Working out is varied, he’s always open to your suggestions, and you receive a well-rounded routine in little time. Not only have I seen a great improvement regarding my shape, but I’ve also met an awesome person who listens to my random gripes and ramblings regarding life. Just a standup business ran by a standup guy. 100% money well spent.

This place is wonderful! I've been training with Mark for over a year and have really enjoyed the progress I've made and what I've learned, plus the facility is great and in an accessible location (easy parking, too). It's always a casual and welcoming environment and Mark has been more than willing to make adjustments to my training regimen and schedule to help me meet my goals. Highly recommend!

Mark Mayes is a fantastic trainer as he has had enough patience to work with me for 18+ years! . He has had me work with his different trainers who have all been very helpful and dedicated . He’s been very flexible with my work schedule accommodating me at different parts in the day and week . Studio is very private and well-equipped . I would highly recommend him as the best trainer ever you will be sorry if you choose to work with him or any of his trailers.

I have been working with Christine Smothers, one of the trainers, since last summer. She has created a training program specifically for my needs. She is a great motivator, extremely knowledgeable and I look forward to her smile each session. I am not someone who ever worked with a trainer before, but Christine has helped me work towards improving my core strength in a way I never thought possible.
