At Glaser's Collision Centers, every customer receives 100 percent quality service. We understand the need for your car to be repaired in a timely manner, and we pay attention to even the smallest detail to ensure that the collision repair is done right the first time, each and every time. To make it convenient to you, we have four locations: Jeffersontown, Louisville, Bullitt County, or South Louisville.
We are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm. Select the Glaser's Collision Center that is most convenient for you to schedule an appointment online or provide information for an estimate. You'll get the same great level of service at each of our locations, but if you're not familiar with the Louisville Metro Area or just don't want to choose, feel free to contact us.

From scheduling to pick up it was an easy experience. They took care of securing a rental car, which was one less thing to think about after an accident. They explained what would be done and how long it would take. My car was clean and as good as new when I picked it up. No one would ever know where it had been hit.

Wow! Glaser Collision has figured out customer service. It wasn't just the fact that they finished the work a day ahead of schedule (which was important because it was finished on a Fri instead of Mon), but it was how they went about their business.
Our car required work that was covered by Insurance. Glaser worked with our insurance company to make it seamless. In addition, there was a change from the estimate and they worked directly with the insurance carrier so we didn't have to get involved. Naturally, it didn't change what we paid.
Finally, they even washed our car and made it smell nicer

This is the best body shop ever! Not only did they do a wonderful job it was quick. They only had my car three days and it looked like it rolled off the showroom. Belinda at the front desk is the best. Helped with my rental and answered all my questions. Ashley was my tech and he did an outstanding job. His craftsmanship was excellent. They even was my car and cleaned the inside! They are the best.

I was in a car accident, where a person backed into my parked vehicle damaging my back bumper. Their insurance took responsibility and paid for the repairs, and told me to take my vehicle to Glaser's, and they'd take care of it all. Upon arriving I was greeted by Aaron Mizell, who I'd highly recommend!!! Aaron not only kept me updated throughout the entire repair process, but offered (after sending in my insurance quote and paying any differences) to fix my front bumper, which was damaged a few months ago from another not-at-fault accident.
