Like the vets. Staff is very nice, BUT I wish they would wear masks in upsurges of COVID. It bothers me to be in such close quarters with so many people. I live with my 93 year old father and it’s like navigating a mine field there when surges are high. I wait in my car, but still have to have close interactions with some of the unmasked employees. We’ve known six people to die of Covid, so this is not something I take lightly.

I want to thank everyone. I have had great experiences with you guys taking care of all three of my female dogs since 2008. I moved away from area and have tried other vets. But I must say you are top of the line. Your prices are competitive. I will only let you guys do surgery on my animals. You give the best attentive care. My animals always seem to be happy. They are never nervous when they come or leave.

Very happy with Beechnut Animal Hospital. I was able to bring both cats in the day I called thanks to a cancellation. Dawn in reception was very personable and helpful; Julie the vet technician was kind and gentle with my 2 yo and 20 yo cats. Dr. Slack took time to discuss my concerns re: my elder kitty during the appointment and the next day when she called to discuss blood work results for my elder kitty. All-in-all, great service especially given how busy this practice appears to be. I'm very relieved to have found such a good veterinary home for my fur-babies.

Beechnut Animal Hospital is THE BEST and most competent vet I’ve ever brought my dog to. Wouldn’t trust anywhere else with him now.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this vet to everyone in the area. They will work hard to help you. Very reasonable, considerate pricing. You can tell they aren’t charge sharks and actually care about the animals that come in. My dog was very sick for almost 2 weeks. His old vet gave a scary, vague, and (as it turns out) inaccurate cancer diagnosis. My Frenchie had needed c-section surgery performed last minute after her original vet office was closed, they were able to squeeze her in ASAP and her surgery went excellent for her and the 6 pups. They made sure she was doing well along with checking on how well the pups were doing days after surgery as well.

I decided to take my pet to this clinic because of the good reviews but I wasn't that lucky to receive the good service others are talking about. I spent more time in the room by myself and my pet than what the dr actually spent with my pet. She also said they will administer the first medication dose but they did not. I didn't get a full diagnosis from the dr until the technician came back and said that i could leave and then she added " by the way, i don't know if the dr told you but the reason your pet is bleeding is because of intestines inflammation ".
