Jon's enthusiasm for athletics began at an early age with traditional little league sports. In high school Jon discovered the link between time spent in the weight room and the positive benefit on the playing field. As they often do in sports, however, injuries began to pop-up.
Dealing with the frustrations of sports injury motivated Jon to find solutions to common athletic problems - proper athletic training and recovery from aches caused by activity.Jon attended The University of Texas and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology.

The first step in improving your wellness and performance is what we call our Game Plan Session. During this dedicated time we will sit down and discuss your goals, cover your medical health history, and establish baselines for body composition. You will also participate in a movement screen and get to experience tailored exercises that will serve as your daily "homework" to expedite your progress!

A unique workout experience, you'll do some non-traditional exercises here but the results from the workouts are very noticeable. You may not get really buff but you'll definitely move a lot better athletically and have the right muscles activate when they're supposed to and have significantly lower risk for injury down the road, which is incredibly valuable.

When I played professional golf I worked out with Synergy and played the best golf of my career. My body always felt great when I was working out here. They provide great workouts and always make sure you are performing the movements correctly to avoid injury. Jon is a great guy and is very intelligent. This is a great place to workout.
