For eleven years, Brad Clark has focused on advocating for the accused in the Bluegrass state. He started as a state court public defender in Lexington, KY, then transitioned as an appointed counsel in death penalty cases and was recently in private practice. He joined the Suhre & Associates team in 2020 and is dedicated to providing great service to our clients.
Jacob Elder is a proud graduate of the University of Kentucky. In 2006, he served as an officer in the Kentucky National Guard and later with the Georgia National Guard. He received his law degree from John Marshall Law School in Georgia. Prior to joining the team, he worked as a prosecutor and spent three years in the Jefferson County Attorney's General Criminal and DUI divisions.
Joe Suhre is the owner and principal of Suhre & Associates, LLC. Joe has dedicated his practice to the defense of OVI cases and other criminal offenses. Joe has over 20 years of criminal defense experience and an additional 5 years of experience as a police officer. He has handled hundreds of DUI cases before dozens of judges in numerous counties.
Prior to joining the team at Suhre & Associates, LLC, Miranda worked as a criminal prosecutor for 14 years. She is licensed to practice law in Kentucky and Ohio. Miranda believes that her background as a prosecutor will allow her to apply her unique perspective in evaluating all types of cases.
While Miranda will be representing clients in criminal defense matters, she looks forward to helping clients achieve a fair and ideal outcome at the end of their case.Over the last 15 years, she has tried a plethora of cases, both felony and misdemeanor, including DUIs. She also has experience preparing and conducting court trials on several offenses, including trafficking in marijuana cases, assault cases, and juvenile felony cases.

Mr. Nathan Miller was great. I was nervous the day of my court because we just became aware that I failed to attend a class demanded by the court. He got on the phone and registered me himself. That to me is way above and beyond. He then jumped through hoops and spoke with the district attorney. Well whatever he said, I walked out of the court house with my case dismissed. Awesome job Nate.

Nate was very knowledgeable about the workings of the court system and was more than willing to stay in contact, a rarity in legal advice of today's attorney's. While prehaps abit of a higher cost than most, it feels like he is willing to show you why hes worth it. A respectable mindset that only aids those he defends, since that would force him to get the best outcomes, as this is a game of word of mouth. Overall, I would recommend their services, but for them to also keep in mind the cost of said services for the everyday man. Even if the cost could be considered worth it.

I worked with Nate Miller to resolve a case and he was absolutely incredible from start to finish! He made the process very easy and was extremely communicative throughout the time he worked with me. He was always available to get in touch with, if needed, and made sure all of my questions/concerns were answered. The conclusion of my case was even better than the best case scenario I'd hoped for.

I searched for the best reviews when I needed an attorney recently. I found Suhre and called them. Jacob Elder was very professional, but down to earth and easy to speak with. He even called me one day on his way to the office before he even left his house! That’s the level of urgency and concern I wanted in an attorney and I got it! I told him what I needed, he came up with a game plan and my major problem was resolved within 2 weeks.
