The building is nice, the food was good. However the reason for the low rating is. The automatic paper towel dispensers then both bathrooms did not work. They set big rolls of Brown paper towel that is not perforated and you had to tear off your own piece of paper. The rolls got all wet and disgusting halfway through the wedding reception. Management told us they did not have batteries for the automatic dispensers. Researched and found the dispensers hold AA batteries. They also turned off the air conditioning before the reception was over & about the same time the staff kept taking your drinks

Everything we ate was extremely tasty.
Update:
We decided to use them as our Wedding Venue. Food was Really Good and pricing was fair.
However, we were supposed to get prime rib, which we paid an Extra $8 per person. Not all of our guests were able to get some. They ran out of many other food items, even though roughly 30 guests couldn't make it. When we asked it was blown off.
Open bar was paid for. It included several things. Coffee, tea, soda 2 different draft beers, rail liquor and red and white wines. Found out that things weren't included, charged guests for the alcohol even during open

We came to Kenosha for a wedding from FL. The Friday fish fry was good as it is all you can eat. The waitress was friendly. The owner came by a couple times and asked how things were. The bar is like an old fashioned bar for having a cocktail. We were happy with the portions and the price. Give it a try. Their drinks are unique and tasty. some of the best pizza and pasta! Great atmosphere perfect for date night or a family outing! It is a great place just to hang out and have an appetizer or drink or have a meal. with the large front area there is plenty of room for bigger parties or a quit little

Cold inside, they didn't turn up the heat until people arrived it seemed like. Quickly ran out of food and the guests were standing around waiting for it. The bathroom paper towel dispenser was empty and their solution was to put a role on the counter and it was even colder in the bathrooms. The pizza was good when it showed up. Seems like this Banquet Hall has never had a banquet before because it could not keep up.
