This review is reflective of the most recent experience I had with Hong Kong. I ordered won ton soup (large) and an order of fried pot stickers. I wasn't impressed with either of my items. And both are my favorite things to order from Chinese restaurants. The pot stickers were extremely doughy. And even though I requested fried they could have been steamed. I honestly don't know what kind of meat was inside but after eating the outside it was filling enough that I didn't want to eat the meat surrounded by all the dough.
