Services
Wellness is at the forefront of our personal training philosophy here at Indy Core Wellness & Fitness. We take a personal approach and do assessment based exercise prescriptions for each individual client. Post-graduate studies and professional certification enable us to go beyond the scope of the average trainer, allowing us to work with special populations from youth training to clients in their 60's, 70's and 80's.
The National Athletic Trainers' Association (NATA) is the professional membership association for certified athletic trainers and others who support the athletic training profession. Founded in 1950, the NATA has grown to more than 43,000 members worldwide today. The majority of certified athletic trainers choose to be members of NATA to support their profession and to receive a broad array of membership benefits.

I work out here once or twice a week. The trainer Kim is fantastic. She’s flexible with workouts, depending on what you’re feeling that day. She is very friendly and very talkative :) Equipment works great, and she sometimes brings her dog in to provide some entertainment and company for her clients :) Would recommend 100%, especially for those who aren’t too confident about working out on their own and would like someone to provide workouts, equipment, and critique.
