Do you remember when mechanics used to be honest, reliable and straight-forward? Seems dealerships and big shops don't take that to heart anymore. But not JnJ Auto. Jim and his team shoot you straight, he takes pride in his work and you can tell. I came in for a pretty standard used vehicle inspection, and was impressed with the price as well as expedient service. So I was in a bind, I was out of town and had flown into Phoenix to pick up a 99 F350 Dually. After I checked into my hotel, I decided to get some fuel for the drive back to Texas in the morning. I went to start the truck and it just clicked. So after I figured it was either a battery cable or a starter, I found myself with no tools and no place to work on it. So a tow truck was called and off we went to the nearest PepBoyz. On the way I called PepBoyz and explained my problem. Dr. "No we can't" at PepBoyz, refused to budge, stating it was 330pm and he was swamped and had no one
