Knockout Fitness
If you are looking for a training regimen that works, look no further because when it comes to boxing fitness, we're in your corner!. Knockout Fitness is the creation of professional heavyweight boxer and USA boxing coach Frank Wood. Trying to find a way to maintain the rigorous training schedule of a professional fighter Frank decided the best way to stay in the gym was to offer his training regimen to the public, so in 1995 Knockout Fitness was created.

Knockout Fitness had modest beginnings opening its first gym in the basement of a rental house, but as the demand for Frank's customized boxing training grew so did Knockout Fitness and this year marks his 26th year in business!During that same time, Frank's professional career also took off and he successfully fought across the United States and internationally from 1995 until his retirement in 2006, compiling a 26-4 record with 18 knockouts.

I’ve been to several exercise gyms around Nashville and Knockout Fitness is the real deal. Frank the owner will take you through some tough but fun workouts. If you are willing to put in the hard work you will see results. I started training here about 6 weeks ago and I can definitely see the changes. I recommend Knockout Fitness to anyone that is serious and ready for a new start on fitness. It’s super easy to sign up for available classes on the website which is a huge plus. This is my new favorite place!! Thanks Knockout Fitness. I can’t wait to tell all my friends!!

I've been going to Knockout Fitness for 9 years, and I absolutely love it! Frank (the owner) is personable, professional, and helps you reach your personal fitness goals all while having fun with it. I'm in better shape in my mid-30's than I was in my mid-20's thanks to Frank & Knockout Fitness. You'll love the classes, the atmosphere, and the results!

Wow! Frank is the real deal! No cookie cutter class from someone who got a certificate! lol This is AUTHENTIC boxing from a professional boxer! It's so easy to book from the app! Love the group class to try it out before private lessons. $$ well spent. You won't be sorry! BOOM!

I had my first class here not too long ago and will definitely be coming back! The gym is great and the staff is wonderful! I booked through their website and it was a breeze! Frank (the boxer) is very easy going and nice to you. I didn't know anything about boxing when I came in, but he was patient and taught me a lot. If you want to learn how to actually box, from a real boxer, come here, don't go to a chain.

Their way of purchasing classes and semi-private sessions isn't streamlined. There's no way to check how many classes you've purchased or track them. For instance, I had to stop attending due to work conflicts for a few months and when I reached back out to use the classes I purchased they wouldn't honor them because they have no records as a company. Kind of ridiculous and a little scammy. So.. they just made me eat the cost of $300+ class purchases. I had to reach out multiple times just for them to tell me that. I wouldn't recommend.

Frank is an old-school boxing instructure. He will train you to be in the very best shape, but his form of training is optimal for those who are looking to be in actual fighting condition. However, Frank is flexible. He can train anyone for whatever their needs may be. Just come ready to work.

This place is a bit too expensive for what's offered. I went a couple times prior to the re-location. I was staying in the Nashville area temporarily due to my construction gig and wanted to get a great workout while also learn the sport of boxing. I've been to Nashville and the surrounding areas multiple times before. I have gone to various gyms (Boxing, MMA) in the area as well, so I have a pretty good idea on average pricing. I figured I would give Frank/Knockout Fitness a try.

I was surprised that there wasn't a 1-day free trial, considering there are gyms in the area who
