We offer Duo Personal Training for those looking for tailored workouts with a workout partner of a similar fitness level. I'm on classpass and go to a lot of different classes in Nashville. This is no doubt the hardest class I've attended and it continues to challenge me. The classes are small and the instructor (Josh) is the best trainer. I couldn't recommend this enough.

It's a nice plus that the studio is in a cute boutique house off of music row.

Best training facility in Nashville. So blessed to have found Results Fitness. They have 3 locations I see Josh ( who is THE best) at the Music Row location...gorgeous home he has located this studio at..wow. Plenty of parking in the back. They do all kinds of classes at al locations. I am doing one on one Personal training. Also they have some really fun workout events all over town. Excited about my workout adventure with results!

I go to the Results Fitness near Music Row because it's on ClassPass, and I love the Ultimate Results classes taught by Erin on Saturday mornings. The format of the class is very similar to Barry's Bootcamp, but it's a million times harder. Erin usually has us alternating between treadmill intervals (which are some serious stuff) and weights/rowing. Running at 3-9% incline is fine, 12% is hard, but keeping a pace at 18 and 24% is honestly impossible. Floor exercises are usually fantastic, too - a mix of TRX, bosu, and weights, and rowing with alternating overhead and regular rowing

I absolutely love the classes and training at Results!The staff are amazing and inspiring. The people that work out there are kind and diverse. I never dread going to class but I always regret it when I can't make it! I've done a lot of classes over the years and a lot of different types of workouts and by far this is the best one! Thank you Results!!

Love it! The small class size makes it almost like personal training. And the Monday night instructor Theresa is great. Very awesome and challenging workout.

Disclaimer: My review is of the group circuit training class at the TwelveTwelve Location in The Gulch.

Parking for this location is a little inconvenient so give yourself extra time the first time you go. You will have to walk into the TwelveTwelve building and check in with the concierge, which is a little bizarre for going to the gym. I won't hold that against Results Fitness though.

The facilities here are gorgeous! You get a wonderful view of the city while you churn away on the treadmill. Though the workout is so engaging you won't have too long to notice the view.

As an avid BarreAmped client, I have been to Results many times to take barre upstairs. When I realized they were on ClassPass, I decided to check out a class. I have only been to Theresa's lunch express class but I can't say enough great things! The class is held on the bottom level of the studio in a really neat exposed stone room. The structure is usually treadmill intervals plus high intensity intervals on the floor with weights. It is a SERIOUS workout and kicks my butt every time. Think Crossfit-style AMRAPs plus treadmill intervals. We've also used the TRX a few times to

This place rocks! I have been training here with Hannah for a few months now and never enjoyed working out so much. She and the rest of the other trainers tailor each specific workout to match the progress of their client. For me, I always find at the gym that I can get bored, lose interest, and that ends up in me not returning back for a while. But with results, no workout is the same so you go in almost excited not knowing what to expect. Will today have burpees? Be endurance driven? Etc etc. Also they offer modifications for each person if they would like them. Although I love the personal training
