Ashley is a kind, motivating, flexible and patient person and a wonderful trainer. She meets you at your fitness level and pushes you to be your best while being gentle and encouraging. She gives you so much knowledge and teaches you through effective exercises using all kinds of equipment so workouts stay fresh. I had an amazing experience with her and you will too!

Ashley is the most knowledgeable and caring personal trainer I've ever had. She will sit down with you and do an in depth evaluation of what you're trying to accomplish and then will put a plan in place. Ashley pushes you very hard and brings out the willpower inside of you that you never knew existed! I highly recommend!!

I'm so happy that I found Ashley via Instagram a couple months ago! She is extremely knowledgeable about every exercise and workout she has us doing, and she will take the time to explain different eating habits, stretches, etc throughout the sessions as well.
I've already seen a difference in my measurements in this short amount of time and can't wait to see what changes occur moving forward. The workouts are challenging, but it's a lot of fun and I genuinely look forward to our workouts (which four-month ago me would never believe). Thanks Ashley!

I’ve been training with Ashley for approximately 6 months now and I never expected to see my physical strength grow as it has. I went into this not sure I could be build upper arm strength that I needed and truly tone my body the way I wanted to. Without fail, Ashley has exceeded my expectations and gives me confidence in working out and making this a part of my lifestyle. She works with me individually on what I can do currently, where I can go with the training and is constantly encouraging. I see the results from Ashley’s workout plan and can tell that I’m the strongest that I ever have

I have been training with Ashley for about two months and I’ve seen a ton of progress. I feel so much stronger already and I am definitely toning up. I lived in LA prior to moving to Nashville and I had many trainers while living there. No one compares to Ashley. I’ve been working with Ashley for about four months now and the changes that I’ve seen physically and mentally have been amazing. We decided that health coaching would be the better option for me due to my schedule, and I’ve never felt out of touch or any lack of communication with Ashley the entire time.

I discovered Ashley through a google search and by reading the reviews about her on Yelp. I took a look at Ashley's instagram and found her to be very motivating and that was exactly what I needed: motivation and seeing what I am capable of.
To give an overview of my fitness level: I am 37, I have never been too involved in sports all my life. I always tried to work out at least once a week, I never got into habit of doing at least 3 workouts per week. Training with Ashley was the best decision I've ever made. I have always been active, but packed on some weight that I couldn't shake after college. I also had an accident that hindered my lung capacity and an ankle sprain that never healed quite right.
