Yoga is for everyone. No one is too old or too stiff, too fat or thin or tired. In our class we modify the asanas (yoga postures) if needed with the use of props -- such as blocks, blankets and belts. Props allow for a deeper penetration into the posture, as well as a longer stay. Improve performance and decrease your risk for injury with private training at Body Balance.

We focus on providing individualized training based on your goals and the demands of your sport or lifestyle. Simply the best in Boulder!. We understand athletes! Weekend warriors to professional athletes can expect our massage therapists to provide more than a typical Sports Massage. Body Balance Wellness Center has on site physical therapy, massage, pain relief specialists, and private yoga.

Body Balance is an advanced strength and wellness facility. We provide the best personal training in Boulder! Each new client goes through a specific evaluation to determine what limitations and movement patterns exist that might be causing problems, or have the potential to cause future problems.
We currently offer our group fitness version of Boot Camp, which we call Athletic Development Classes! These classes use a unique 6-step process, designed to give you a well-rounded, challenging, and full-body workout. This includes a proper warm up to reduce risk for injury and a regenerative cool down to help you recover faster!
Body Work is an important part of a maintaining healthy tissue and healthy tissue is a necessity for successful movement and performance. All of our sessions, both group and private involve both tissue work and mobility. Our trainers incorporate many different methods of tissue manipulation. Foam rolling, lax balls, the stick rollers, bands, manual manipulation, scraping, kinesiotaping, cold therapy, and much more.
