Our center provides both individual psychotherapy and group psychotherapy programs for clients age 11 years and older.

I have a private practice in downtown Savannah, Georgia. I am a licensed professional counselor in the State of Georgia, earning my Bachelor of Science in Biology at Emory University, Atlanta, GA and my Master of Arts in professional counseling at Liberty University, Lynchburg, VA. My career path began in health care as I worked as an Exercise Physiologist and Nutritional coach at the Candler/St.

We specialize in eating recovery, trauma recovery, and addiction recovery. Our providers offer counseling and mental health services for individuals, couples, and families.
Since connection provides both interaction and support, we offer our clients group programs to provide opportunities for clients to learn from each other in a safe and open space. These groups are dedicated to the healing journey of each client and is facilitated by a licensed or supervised counselor.
A workshop series for mental health professionals, medical professionals, dietitians, school counselors, College & Highschool coaches, sports/team coaches, and fitness professionals. The mission of the Coastal Collaborative for Eating Disorders is to provide education for Therapists, Counselors, and other Health Providers engaged in the treatment of clients with eating disorders.
