We are asking all patients to check in/pay copays via phone call at 912-200-3195 and wait in your car. We will call you to enter for your appointment (we are asking this to provide social distancing) and instruct you to please come to the reception area where your therapist will meet you in the lobby.

Atlantic Counseling Services, LLC is proud to play an active role in our local military community. Several members of our clinical and support staff have experience with military life, and we strive to use their knowledge to best meet your needs. Service members and family members seeking mental health services have the option to utilize Tricare medical benefits to obtain services.

They were referred by another counselor but not sure why. The receptionists are rude and seem inconvenienced with you calling trying to get an appointment. They originally told me that they had one counselor he would see children took down all my information and told me they had an appointment for late November I tried to call them back today with the insurance information they needed and was told not only did they not actually schedule the appointment but that they now mysteriously don’t have anyone who will see children.

I’ve been seeing Maria for a few months now, and I’m so thankful to her. She’s been able to help me sort out some of my problems and look at life from a clearer perspective. I’m so grateful for going to her.
Going to therapy can be hard, but going to talk to Maria is 110% worth it.
Also, everyone in the office is accommodating and it’s alway super quick and easy to set up and schedule appointments.

So far, our experience has been amazing with this office. Maybe they read some of the past reviews and made changes to their operations. I had no problem getting an appointment and they have been really great working with us to avoid missed school time. My daughter has had 4 appointments and I can tell a huge difference in my daughter. Appointments start on time, something lacking in many other doctor's offices. We have not had a single appointment cancelled by their office.

I have been seeing Maria for a few months now and could not be more pleased with her service. She's extremely helpful and I'm so thankful that I was able to find her. Sometimes you have to try a few therapist before you find "the one." Lucky for me, I was able to find her on my first try. I would recommend everyone to this office because everyone who works there is wonderful.

My husband has been there twice. They’ve canceled on him 3 times, even on the day of his appointment. They don’t have any appointments available for weeks and then they cancel your appointment. Seems like they don’t care/want to do their job. Go somewhere else if you want to be seen on a regular basis and if you have a full time job.

I'm not sure why the other reviewers have had problems. I've been bringing my son for about 6 months and have only found them to be flexible, helpful, polite and professionale. They have night appointment so i don't have to leave work early or pull him out of school. His behavior has gotten much better and I have refered friends to go there.

Very unprofessional. I was scheduled an appointment, waited a month to be seen. My appointment was cancelled 2 business days prior. I was told that I was being dropped from services (before I had even started) because I had previously cancelled (with 24hrs notice) my initial appointment. Why make me wait a month to let me know? It also took me weeks to get an initial appointment because I could not get anyone to call me back. I left several messages, asking specifically for a therapist that offers EMDR. I was given the run around, until I obsessively called the office every single day. Don’t

This office is very unprofessional from the management now to the workers in the office. I was going there as well as my children the office will call and cancel appointment stating that the doctors wouldn't be there and when you schedule other appointments they would then call you a couple days prior or not even call you at all and if you show up to the office and say your appointment was canceled for not showing up. I have left multiple messages with this office previously the manager giving me a call back who leaves early in the day never calls you back never handles the situation at hand. I
