OMG! Run from this company they are the parent company of AKT fitness franchises. They are experiencing heavy financial problems and will take your money should you join and then cancel. They will still continue to charge your account and no one answers the phone at the corporate headquarters in Irvine. All they have is a voicemail. And no one returns your call. However, should you dispute any charges with your bank somehow, someway someone produces documents that says you’re under contract and you will lose your dispute on the charges. Run! Run! Run!

I cancelled a membership in April, and only just noticed that it is still going 10 months later. Every time I send an email, they write back "thank you, we are closing this ticket."
Thank you for your quick reply. Please reply to me via the ticket I recently submitted under this same name. Or put a name and direct phone where I can reach you.

RUN FROM THIS COMPANY...I had cancelled a Club Pilates membership in March. (Yes, I have an email that says so!) This company has charged me in April, May, June and July. I have had to BLOCK my credit card from anynew charges and yet they still try to charge me! I HAVE CALLED AND EMAIL AND GET NO RESPONSE. AVOID ANY SUBSCRIPTIONS WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL NEVER BEABLE TO CANCEL. ONE STAR IS TOO GOOD FOR THEM!!!

THIS IS A SCAM!! Call your credit card companies to BLOCK PAYMENT from this merchant. This is the only way to stop them from charging you. The Pure Barre studios are independently owned, so don't blame them for this horrible service. My studio is offering Facebook Live Classes with the instructors from the studio. They have been great! Check with your local studios!
