PETDESK will let you see medical records, request medication refills, schedule appointments and much more! We ask that while in the lobby to continue to wear your mask. Once in the room, it is your choice. Please let the doctors and technicians know if you would prefer they keep their masks on as well.
Although we are allowing people back into the clinic, please be mindful that we do want to limit the amount of people in our lobby. We are excited to see you and your pets! Dr. David Specht and his staff at SouthPark Animal Clinic offer veterinary care for small animals and exotic pets and is located in the Littleton and Highlands Ranch area.

Togo our Collie ate a rock, and it wouldn't pass through him. Southpark Animal Clinic saved his life. It was very evident the staff and Dr. Matte cared and showed loving concern for us and Togo. The surgery was without flaw, and he is healing well. With deep heartfelt appreciation and gratitude, we will always remember this as a positive experience. If you want the best care for your pet, take him to Southpark Animal Clinic.

Best vet ever! We love Dr Dave! He is a straight shooter and tells you what is going on and goes down the conservative route first but also gives you your options as well as tells you what could be going on. I don't like the vets that want to do all these tests every time you go in, this was not this vet. He told us if it was cancer, what we could do conservatively and also if you did a lot of tests, spent a lot of money you mostly will end up with the same outcome being our dogs are 11 years old. I love that the Vets here are honest, tell you what is most likely going on, what they recommend but

They always do a great job with my pets and are very caring. Even during covid they showed a tremendous amount of empathy helping me put one of my best friends down. I was super grateful for them allowing me to do it all outside and be with him, during a time when most people didn't have that privilege.

Dr. Specht has been our vet for the last 13 years for our dogs. Recently our beloved dog Magic was diagnosed with Lymphoma. We were heart broken over this news and Dr. Specht made sure to answer every single question we had on her condition and where our expectations should be for her. Whenever I had a question during her illness, he would call… me back quickly and go through all my questions with patience and understanding, which is what you need when your pet is ill. Sadly, Magic passed away but the staff at South Park made it so much more bearable with their kindness and compassion. The

I took my two kittens here because I had taken my former cat there. The kittens were pretty newly adopted and had ringworm. The veterinarian was more than unhelpful. They did nothing within an appropriate treatment protocol, which I was able to begin on my own through other resources. It was a distressing experience.

I adore the staff at Southpark Animal Clinic. I had to put one of my dogs down in October, and while it was the hardest decision I had ever made, they were so kind, loving, and caring. They made sure to give me as much time as I needed with my little old man, and they helped me understand that putting him down was the most loving decision I could… make for him. Most recently I had to bring my dog, Basil, in for kidney treatment for three days. They explained everything to me, took time to answer all my questions, and calmed my fears by taking such good care of him. They took him on walks
