Since our opening day back in 2007, our Gym classes have provided an inspiring welcoming for everybody! That makes every attendee feel like they are a part of one big and passionate community! With that in mind, you can always reach our fitness instructors for any kind of assistance. Their ultimate goal is to make you as fit and strong as only possible.

Noha is the founder of Fitness Lab Jax and a certified personal trainer that has developed a no-nonsense full body workout system. She has been successful in helping many of her clients rapidly shed unwanted pounds in just weeks, no matter what level of fitness. Megan has 10 years experience in the health and wellness industry.

She has been successful in helping many of her clients rapidly shed unwanted pounds in just weeks, no matter what level of fitness.
Stacey's goal as a personal trainer is to help people realize their athletic and exercise potential. By providing professional guidance, She teaches proper technique and put forth guidelines to maximize specific workouts to gain strength, mobility, flexibility, coordination, and balance. It's never too late to improve your health.
Megan has 10 years experience in the health and wellness industry. She believes in a balanced approach at getting healthy and fit, while enjoying life! She has been successful in helping many people achieve their weight loss and fitness goals over the years. Megan obtained her Bachelors of Science Degree from the University of Maryland and is an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer.
This 6 week program is exactly what you need to get a jumpstart to your healthier lifestyle! It includes a grocery store tour, a kitchen makeover, 12 personal training sessions, 4 one on one coaching sessions, unlimited text messages, and health information designed to meet your specific needs.

Month to Month UNLIMITED GYM USE $75 per Month (With UNLIMITED CLASSES) including Bootcamp, indoor cycling, Express Bootcamp, TRX, Pilates, Tabata, Day Care max 2 kids.
A fitness boot camp is type of group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. While there are a variety of styles of fitness boot camps, most are designed in a way that pushes the participants harder than they'd push themselves and, in that way, resemble a military boot camp.

Noha Soliman is the best personal trainer in Jacksonville. Meeting and training with her was a “life changing “ experience! She introduced healthy habits and I realize it’s a lifestyle change.
This is by far the most friendly gym I’ve ever visited. Call and make an appointment with Noha before visiting, you won’t be disappointed

I was very excited to attend a boot camp class at this gym. I read all reviews and was hopeful that I could add this into my workout rotation. I was hoping to rate this place 5 stars!
Some friends and I signed up via ClassPass for a 6pm bootcamp. We got there a few minutes early ready to work. Once we got in we were approached by a trainer/owner who informed us that there was actually no class at 6pm. We were shocked that we were not informed, and drove all the way out there. I then pulled up the class schedule that shows all of these classes (one at 6am, imagine if we showed up for that one)

Noha is an excellent personal trainer! I have been her client since 2015 and she has helped me with weight loss and strength training which has made such a tremendous difference in my overall health. More recently, after the pandemic and weight gain, I went back to her and she has been such a great help because she has the experience and great attitude to support her clients. This gym is the best in Jacksonville!

I like it here! I think there's something for everyone. I tried their boot camp classes, they have morning or evening weekdays and weekends. It's a locally owned gym and not a chain.

The morning classes are early but worth it if you want a circuit training workout that's less demanding.

The evening classes are physically demanding. I'm 28 and fairly fit and find it difficult to keep up, and sometimes I need that.

Hey also have Pilates and spin by appointment. And they have gym use, but I've not tried those classes or options.

Overall I think I got a good deal on

Great place! Have been with Noha since prior to my first child...I now have 3 and that was almost 11 years ago. With back, jaw, shoulder, and neck issues she has been able to adjust my workouts to either accommodate or support whichever injury may be acting up or simply take a stretch. Whether my goal has been to build or tone muscle, stay strong and healthy through the three pregnancies, or lose baby weight x 3...she and her gym family has been there. It is obvious this is their passion and they care about what they do.

The instructors at fitness lab are all incredible! They truly care about every client. The gym is always full of energy and the instructors are motivating, knowledgeable and do whatever they can to help you reach your goals. The members are also friendly and encouraging to one another, boosting morale during the many group fitness classes offered throughout the week. I have been working out with Noha (personal training) for 4 years and I have never looked better!

Great experience with Fitness Lab Jax! Noha has worked with me for about a year on strength training to complement the cardio/triathlon training I was already pursuing. As a result of working with Noha, I've gotten noticeably stronger and fitter overall. Each workout is different than the one before, so things never get boring. She pushes her clients to be the best they can be and is continuously enthusiastic and motivational. Highly recommend.

I really do enjoy my experience/time at Fitness Lab Jax gym. The trainers are very professional, attentive to your fitness goals, and will go above and beyond to help you reach those goals and more. My sessions with Noha (1-on-1 trainer) along with the bootcamp classes have been nothing but greatness and I am happy to see improvement. The gym is very clean with lots of sanitary wipes/spray as well as equipment to work every part of the body. I highly recommend Fitness Lab Jax.

I must say, this gym is THE BEST I’ve ever gone too! I’ve been to quite a few and always come back, after I’ve strayed, because this gym doesn’t disappoint and results are always a sure thing! Noha is incredible, she knows her health and fitness. She’s been working with me the last four months on diet and exercise. I’m down 9 pounds of body fat and 17 inches. The trainers and classes are all wonderful, with all the varieties of classes they offer. The gym is like a family, everyone is so friendly, makes you feel welcomed and gets to know you personally. You won’t find that type of

The classes offered here are a great way to get in shape. They are always challenging and leave you feeling accomplished. The advance legs and advanced arms classes are a great way to build muscle or tone up! I would highly recommend attending the fitness classes offered here!

I'm actually very new to this gym, but a life time gym rat, so I've seen my fair share of gyms and group exercise classes.

There is one thing that is very evident as soon as you enter the door--the trainers here know what they are doing and care about their clients. The gym may not have the aesthetic appeal the big chain gyms have, but they more than make up for it with their extensive knowledge on overall health and fitness.

Though the team is full of trainers who look incredible and are both certified in nutrition and personal training, but you're not immediately pressured

Let's start with the positive things first. The trainers are great. I only went to the Bootcamp classes and I really enjoyed Karina, Diana and Sally's classes. The instructors motivate you and the music is great to keep you motivated.
The ugly - I've been to a dozen gyms in Jax and this by far is the dirtiest one. Nobody cleans their equipment or mats/weights in the room. When I asked if they had cleaning products, they said No. I finally was able to find some near the bathroom. I found some orange cleaning stuff and Windex and dirty old rags to clean with. Come on, I bring my own
