She has a Bachelor's Degree from Indiana State University. Along with greeting patients and scheduling appointments; she maintains Dr. Corey's practice management software, manages all insurance, and accounts receivable, She is also the master behind all of our before and after photos. Cyndi has also taken on the responsibility of managing the SLC Learning Center located at our facility.
A crown, or cap, is a cover for a decayed or damaged tooth; the crown is made of ceramic using CAD/CAM technology. A crown covers and protects the tooth while maintaining the appearance and function of the damaged tooth. When a significant portion of a tooth has been damaged by decay, the dentist will remove a part of the tooth in order to remove all the decay.

Dr. Corey's paperless office delivers automated digital patient charts while intra-oral digital cameras record high-resolution close-ups of a patient's mouth.

I have been a patient of Dr. Samuel L. Corey for 5 years. He is by far the best Dentist I have ever had (and I am in my 80's). He replaced a broken bridge, did crown work, root canal and most recently an implant. In each case I experienced very little discomfort and was always happy with the results. The assistants in the practice are also first class. If possible I would give 10 stars for Excellence.

I had an on-lay performed at this facility and it was an amazing experience! They allowed me to watch my tooth being milled (since I'm an engineer, I was very appreciative of this opportunity)!
The amount of time and detail that Dr. Corey delivers to his patients is outstanding. Other dentists should follow his lead! Very thorough, laid back and attentive. No details missed here. Great Dentist!
