This place is AMAZING! All the people are great. They're nice and when my last dentist retired, my mom suggested I give this place a try. I'm glad I did. Now our entire family comes here.
Each visit, they make sure to ask if there's anything bothering you and they go over any and all the medications you take.
They're worried about covid and make sure they go above and beyond! They take temperature checks and go thru a list of questions to make sure everyone is safe.
This place is a little on the smaller side (still bigger than my old dentist). Its a diamond in the rough and I'm so glad its smaller

I had my first visit with Dr. Phan today. She was gentle while cleaning my teeth and discussed what I needed to do to continue having healthy teeth.
I'm in a wheelchair and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. It was a great experience and I look forward to having her as my dentist from now on.
I highly recommend Dr. Phan at Los Gatos Family Dentistry as a top-notch dentist with an excellent staff.

I have only been with Dr Phan for a few months but I have found her exceptional. I suffer from gum disease and her patient and insightful explanations of options and ways to deal with it were forthright and informative.
This weekend I had a crown come loose on Saturday. I called the surgery and left a message. Within ten seconds (literally!!) Dr Phan called me back, checked out the situation that I could cope easily over the weekend, gave me some instructions to make sure there would be no issues and found me time to reaffix the crown on the Monday.
The service is wonderful and I feel great confidence

We love Los Gatos Family Dentistry! They are honest and it is clear they care about their patients. Years ago, a different dentist in the area told me that I had several cavities. I came here for a second opinion, and they told me I had no cavities - only coffee stains. They took X-rays and showed me how to read them so that I knew that the other dentist was not being honest with me. I appreciate that they take the time to teach and empower their own patients - they really do care! I have been going here ever since, and am still cavity-free!

This is by far the best dentist I have ever been to in my life. They are honest, efficient, and really care about their patients. They don't try to talk you into getting work that does not need to be done. They go over all of your X-rays and cleaning in depth. They have the highest COVID standards I have ever seen. Very safe, very clean, and amazing customer service.
