Not happy. This guy had billboard's everywhere so we consulted and he was young, seemed inexperienced and we weren't impressed. We went a different direction. He has billboards but its not a big firm and a bunch of young new lawyers in different locations and all seem to posture themselves as very aggressive and good. We knew better and saw right thru the marketing. Don't get fooled either.

I had contacted Matthew Lopez to represent me, he was very professional and made me feel as if he had my best interest at heart. Was later re-assigned to attorney Harvey, who would rarely respond to emails or phone calls, gave me wrong court times, and after making me feel trial was not worth the extra $5k on top of the $3k representation I was going to take a plea deal without being aware I could counter plea. I feel Matthew Lopez is a quality firm with a below par attorney.

I was called as a witness for a friend that hired this law firm. Harvey Giebner was absolutely terrible. He told my friend prior to court that she was likely going to be found guilty. When I attended via zoom, he was so nervous that his voice was shaking. He didn't ask questions that pertained to trying to prove my friend wasn't guilty. If you want a chance at all at winning a case, be sure you don't have Harvey assigned to you. He goes into it with ZERO confidence in his ability to win a case.

My husband spoke with Mr Lopez but it was very brief and he seemed more concerned with payment arrangements.
