It's unfortunate but I think there is a new norm out there. Ignore people who make claims against your company for as long as you can. Maybe they will give up and go away. I would like to thank JD for his persistence and patience. It's been almost a year but my slip and fall injury claim has finally settled.

JD Darner and his paralegal Fabiola were great with my accident case! They were able to resolve my case in less than a year and my settlement amount was way more than I ever expected! There was a big mix up with my medical insurance and the hospital that I went to being out of network and JD was very knowledgeable in getting that complex issue resolved.
