I took a small group yoga session with Ekaterina on a Wednesday at 6:15pm for the first time! Smaller facility, equipped with a yoga studio in the back, and various machines, free weights, and boxing equiptment in the front. I saw they also have a variety of classes, as well as small group personal training sessions which would be fun to try out!
The yoga session with Kate was with 2 other people, and reasonably priced for $25 for a 1 hr 15 min session. She was super professional, helpful to our various experience levels, and made us all feel comfortable. Clean towels, mats and even water bottles

After over one year of small group sessions with Braulio, it's about time I wrote a review to support his business! BTrainer Fitness is the optimal fitness experience for me: the environment is always fun and inclusive, sessions are tailored to each individual's unique needs, and the value he delivers to his clients is unbeatable. Braulio has created a unique and welcoming environment, for sure!

This place is great! Went in on ClassPass for a 60 min full body class. Aga was my instructor and she was super knowledgeable and she personalized the workout to what I wanted to work on. The workout was great and definitely got me out of my comfort zone. The studio is brand new and really nice. Lots of great equipment and I loved the smaller class sizes. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be back.

I have been working with BTRAINERFITNESS for the last six months and it's a game changer for my life. My trainer, Bra, put me on a program to workout 3 days per week in the gym, supplemented with doing cardio on my own twice per week. I am noticeably stronger ... I see it and my wife sees it. Coach B is great. Started working with him a month and a half ago and already seeing so much progress. He's a total professional. He's incredibly friendly but be sure he'll will push you hard and keep you motivated! And he'll also keep you up to date on how all the soccer leagues worldwide are doing! Oh and you can't get a better bargain around Lincoln Park.

Brailio is the best. He is so motivating, humorous and pushes you to maximize your potential. I signed up with him two weeks ago and already see results, He taught me about what I should eat and what to avoid eating as well as activities to do when I am not in his gym. B is the best!!! He personalizes each work out for your needs and pushes you throughout the work out. His energy is great and he makes every workout fun, no matter how much you're sweating!! I can see a complete difference in body since going to B for the last few months. He'll instruct you on workouts and explain how you're building muscle so you can form a better understanding of fitness and set you up for success!! I recommend B to everyone I know!
