Timber Dental was originally founded in Northeast Portland in 2014. We've since expanded to additional locations in Bethany, East Burnside, and Downtown Portland. I met my wife (and co-owner of Timber Dental), Dr. Molly, in Omaha, Nebraska while we were in dental school together. If I'm not working, it's a safe bet that I'm fishing or foraging on the coast with my family. With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Garcia is one of the most established Invisalign providers in Portland, and a valuable asset to the Timber Dental team.

Dr. B and Jackie had fantastic bedside manner, were efficient and were very knowledgeable.
They were able to get me a temporary crown the same day and took extreme care to make sure the crown fit just right.
I'm new to Portland but was very impressed by this office and staff. I will continue to come here for all my dental needs and have also referred them to my wife. Thanks again!

This was my first visit to Timber Dental and although the news wasn't great, I was very impressed with all aspects of my care. And although I don't look forward to a possible root Canal, I feel that I'm in good hands. The billing and sedation options were thoroughly explained, as were the diagnosis and X-rays.

Dr. Bondarew & the whole staff are amazing. I was visiting from out of state in December and the veneer to my upper front tooth came off. Thinking it was likely a long-shot, I called this dental office. They not only got me in the next morning, they were able to give me a temporary right away, and gave me a new, permanent veneer the day after that! Within 24 hours, I got a temp & permanent replacement. I couldn't believe the turn around time. And it looks amazing! I could not be happier with how it came out. I went this summer for a cleaning paid my bill then got overcharged by 487 dollars and they refuse to help me get a refund. My girl Francis, office assistant, special shout out to you for your negligence. You could have done anything to help me resolve this but you continue to ignore my cries for help.
This place is literally the worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life. Do not go here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cancel your upcoming appointment and support a business that doesn't rip off and then treat its customers like garbage

Going to any dentist makes me nervous, but at Timber Dental I was at ease. The staff are very attentive and friendly, focused on making sure everyone feels welcome, safe, and improving people's health/smile. They have a bunch of in network insurance companies, but if you don't have insurance, they have different payment plans and such to help out. Timber Dental will definitely become my primary dentist!

I had an amazing experience at Timber dental! Cole at the front desk was very welcoming as I walked in! The whole ambiance felt really professional and warming. I got greeted by pretty much the whole staff and literally felt so important from the start. As I got brought back to the room, the wonderful assistant took the best care of me while doing my X-Rays and set me up for my cleaning. I cannot say enough good things about Timber Dental. During COVID my daughter had a dental emergency and being a new resident we did not have a dentist. They were able to see her, address the issue and they offer sedation for those who need it. Every phone call was answered so efficiently and if you leave a message it is responded to quickly. Months later she followed up to take care of other issues before moving to New York. In spite of being busy they work hard to accommodate her work schedule and get her treatment plan finished before her move including a crown. It is consistently fantastic

I will forever sing praises for this place! I was scheduled to see another doctor (I really wanted to see Dr Garcia but he didn't have any openings). So I was pleasently surprised when I saw Dr. Garcia, who said he would see me instead! You guys, he's awesome. Very gentle, soft spoken, and caring! I highly recommend him!
The dental assistants, Amethyst and Nick, were also very kind and funny. They helped put me at ease a bit since I can't emphasize enough as to how increidibly terrified of the dentist office I normally am!

My issue is with Dr. Garcia himself. I've been a patient of his for almost three years. He has always calls me by the wrong name. Kind of a red flag that he can't even be bothered to read a single word on my chart, but whatever.
Every single time I see him, he talks about a full-mouth restoration; a series of procedures that would cost me tens of thousands of dollars out of pocket. My response is always the same; "great...lets come up

Dr. M Falbo has provided me the absolute best dental care experience I've ever had. She makes it fun, fast and pain free. The entire staff at this location is super caring and friendly. They're totally reassuring when it comes to kinda "scary" procedures. I got accustomed to my dad doing all my dental work and when he passed away I went on a search of many years to find the right fit for me. I went in for a cleaning. All the staff were very friendly and professional. I liked the screen above the dentist chair that the dentist could easily walk me through the photos and x-rays of my teeth. As a bonus, you can watch Netflix on the screen too during you're cleaning or what have you. Didn't feel like they were trying to upsell me on any unnecessary procedures either.
Only negative is that the space is a little loud and not as private as what I was used to at my previous dentist. There's not really rooms as much as partition walls. Certainly enough privacy for me to feel

Timber Dental is amazing! I never thought I would love a dentists office so much, but I actually enjoy going there! I have had Stevie (dental hygienist, I believe) and Dr. Garcia work on me a couple times now and they are the best! Garcia just did my filling yesterday and I barely felt a thing! Even when he gave me the shot in my gums! It was pure MAGIC.

I've been a patient here for a few years and used to recommend it to everyone I knew! But I think it's gone downhill and it's time to find somewhere better.
The office is "modern" but it's also much less personal than it used to feel. It's loud and there's no privacy at all. You can hear people getting fillings and when someone's in pain in the chair right next to you. I've also had a different dentist and hygienist every visit over the last year - it is uncomfortable and nerve wracking to have to find trust in a new dentist time after time.

I've bounced all around the country and have had dental care spanning the entire spectrum of quality. Overall, my experience with the crew here is younger, less experienced dentists that have had little time with treatments and general patient care. For example, I had a chipped tooth fixed by the team here, and while it looks nice, the fix is not smoothed out. It affects my bite (lower front tooth, when biting down, now touches the rear of my top front tooth) a bit of detail work was just overlooked here, and it's pretty frustrating given the cost of dental work.
