Great place Chinese/Japanese restaurant, the food is decent for the price. Occasionally the food is greasy, but it's still delicious.
On one occasion, I did takeout. The man asked me to tip for my order; I immediately felt turned off by the question ..

This is the only Chinese restaurant I will eat at. Food is ready for pickup in less than 15 minutes and it’s always so good. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!

The make best fried rice!! Lamb dishes and chicken on a stick are really good!
Shrimp rolls are good.
Sushi, shrimp & broccoli and chicken with mixed vegetables are okay.
Clean restaurant. Used to be nice place to dine in when that was available.

I loved the fact I could order a small size !

It’s so sad how the customer service over the phone is horrible. They never want to do anything extra for the customer even if the customers pays. They only make pork fried rice and don’t even give the option for regular fried rice. Hell no, i will never along with my company order from this place again. I called before and asked if i could get egg and extra onion in my rice and the lady on the phone says “we don’t do that” on the lunch special. First of all, don’t assume everybody just wants a lunch special. Only pork fried rice? that’s wrong. a lot of people don’t eat pork do

This place is great! Usually get lunch during the week - close proximity to my work. Had the sushi for the first time (finally) fresh, quick service, friendly staff. My new goto. A while back I ordered the wrong lunch special and they had no issues with me correcting my order, and provided a quick replacement. Definitely reccomend Rice Family.

I ordered Kung Pao chicken and a spicy salmon roll, both were excellent. The food arrived in 30 minutes and was still hot (temperature wise). It cooled down enough to eat by the time I finished the sushi. The delivery driver followed Covid-19 protocols and was courteous.

Food was fresh and DELICIOUS!! The sushi was the tastiest in the valley. We had both Chinese and Japanese a sushi. Highly recommend!!

I really like this place. I'm from philly where Chinese food are great and so far only this place has that Asian flavor place for me :)

This is a large pepper steak and thats all the meat it comes with ( not enough to split a plate ) and 3 lbs of peppers. They put shrimp tempura and eel roll together in the same tray forgetting what cross contamination is so i don't know if it was good or not cause my guess is very allergic to shrimp and the tray when straight to the garbage.

They have fantastic egg rolls but the rest was lacking!
Fluffy meat!!!! Slimmy meat!!! Definitely not beef or chicken. If you must order from here, stick with pork items...that's your safest option. And always double-check your order!! Twice we placed take-out orders and both times had to return to the restaurant to pick up left items. Sorry but not a fan !

THIS IS THE BEST JAPANESE RESTAURANT! They have a great selection of sushi. My friend and I ordered a pekin duck, it was beautiful and tasted amazing 👏. I WILL be ordering again soon. Not to mention the AWESOME mochi. I ordered 1 and the next time we ordered, I bought 8. Thank you Rice Family!!!!!!

Our usual spot, Liu's house, seemed to be closed and so we decided to branch out and try Rice family. Got to say from the rating and reviews I was expecting this place to atleast be on par with Lius, sorry to say it wasn't. Will not be back for a repeat.

A couple things. We've eaten here many times. Foods always good. It's close to the house. However, ever since this virus they've reopened but you can't go in. If you pay cash they say they have no change for you. If you want to pay with a card they want you to hold it up to the window and they are literally writing people's credit card numbers on paper. God knows what they do with them after you leave. Be careful. Also we got a large broccoli with garlic sauce and a large chicken and broccoli. The broccoli with sauce only comes in a large but the issue was that the "

They have great lunch special prices and great food. This it my place to go if I'm around Dorney or Allentown area.

Delivery took a little bit but worth the wait !

I eat lunch here once a week since they reopened after Covid, Food is consistently good each and every time,they cook with passion.They're also very neat and organized by packaging take out with care.Good menu selection and reasonable prices, I always tell my friends about this place.

I drove by this place too many times to count... The outside definitely does not give credit to the quality and taste of this place! I am so glad I finally gave this place a try & keep coming back. The food is outstanding- fantail shrimp, fried rice, and even the wonton soup- so far everything has been the best in the area that I have tried! Call and even have the option to pay ahead. Quality and taste go hand in hand- definitely give this place a try- you will not be disappointed!

I absolutely love this place, the amazing roll is my go to, it's always fresh and delicious and the passion fruit sauce takes it over the top. Everything is delicious though the lunch bento boxes are fantastic, and super reasonable price wise.

Do not judge a book by it's cover!
This place make look neglected on the outside because of poor landscaping and grassy parking lot, but clean inside and great food. Very friendly staff also. My wife and I went for lunch, she had a delicious bento box and I had chicken with broccoli. Free refills on the very good iced teas.

I've haven't had a dish that has disappointed me .

Stopped here because of the 4+ star rating on Yelp. The customer service was excellent! The food was average.
I ordered the chicken and broccoli that comes with white rice. The rice tasted like day old rice (at least). I grew up on rice almost daily so I know rice. The chicken had a slimy texture...imagine a baby oil or Vaseline texture...Yuck! Don't order the chicken!! I'm sure it's not chicken!! The broccoli was crunchy and brown sauce had good flavor.

We also ordered the crab rangoon as an appetizer...it was meh!

Anyway, my husband ordered the sushi (spicy roll sampler?)

In a follow up, I came here to order sushi entrees to go and can say that it all looked great.
I got the spicy combo which comes with soup and salad. I would definitely recckmend.
It was a lot of money for ok Chinese. They do something to PUFF the chicken, which gives it a weird texture.
I was not a fan that they did not offer a charge to substitute the rice out in their dinners to a fried option, even for a cost. Which was frustrating especially when it is all packaged separately.

The family was on vacation , leaving me home to work on a painting project that I promised to complete. Having worked extra hard, I decided to treat myself to a shave, shower and some sushi.
