Martha was awesome to work with. I dropped an order off near closing hours on Friday and turned the order back to me in less than a week! She was very responsive and helped put my order together with the convenience of communicating with me via text (she sent proofs too!). Order was ready on time and for a fair price ($10/hat embroidered). Very happy with her communication and overall hospitality. Will recommend to other and consider her location for future orders!

Bucktown Embroidery is the absolute best! I came in last minute, only a few days before my graduation wanting to get my stole embroidered. Martha was so kind and understanding! Martha was able to get it done in time for my graduation. It was absolutely perfect and I am more than satisfied and very grateful that she was able to squeeze me in. I stood outside and called the number on the door just so the lady who answered said she won’t be there until an hour or so because she was coming from Indiana and I sAid it was no problem and I called about an hour and a half later about two three times and she did not bother to answer so I left a message only to have her read it and not reply. Overall really bad service

I brought a baby sweater there to get our brands logo embroidered as a gift. Martha was AMAZING and so beyond kind. She finished the project so much faster than anticipated because I told her the due date was quickly approaching. When I was shocked at the speed, she said "I wanted to make sure it was ready before the baby got here".
Strangely enough, we have 4 pregnant coworkers and I will be back to get sweaters made for all of them!

Took 2 hoodies in to get a simple, text-only logo embroidered. They said it would be ready Friday - I showed up the following Tuesday and they hadn't been touched. They told me to come back the following morning, which I did - only to find that they had used a completely different font for the logo. Pretty terrible experience overall.

Bucktown Embroidery was wonderful. It was a little slow going but they got the job done beautifully and on time.
They gave me a very reasonable price quote and turn around time.
This is the type of place you need to call. Yes, they do emails but do yourself a favor and just call. They will pick up the phone on off hours too.
If I need more embroidery done I'll be sure to come here.

Avoid this place at all costs if you're in a time crunch or if you want to get your items back. My husband took 6 handkerchiefs to be embroidered for our groomsmen for our wedding. All we needed were initials on the corners of the handkerchiefs, nothing crazy. The guy at this establishment seemed unsure if he was able to get the job done in 6 days and we told him we NEEDED these items embroidered on time because we were flying out for our destination wedding. The guy never called to inform if our items were done and we called twice with no answer. We never actually got our handkerchiefs. So

I can't say enough good stuff about this business. I found them on Yelp a couple of years ago and have been going to them ever since for my embroidery needs. Their work is TOP NOTCH. The owners/employees are super friendly. The prices are super reasonable. Speaking of prices, I was there today to pick up a pair of leggings. I asked how much for the job and the woman taking care of me told me $15. I had one $5 bill and nine $1 bills, totaling $14. When I pulled out my credit card because I was $1 short, the woman shooed away my credit card and accepted my $14. I'm so thankful b/c she didn

I had a project that I needed to be done in 24 hours. Several other places told me it would take a week, apparently this is the standard time. But the kind ladies here were willing to finish it by the next day and they did a beautiful job. Also their prices are excellent. I will be back! Highly Recommend!

Let me just say, if more than 5 stars was possible, this business would get it! The ladies here are outstanding!! Pricing was very fair, and better then almost all quotes I got from other local businesses. They even dropped my embroidered shirts off to me at work on a Saturday to make sure I got them before my event! Now that's service!!

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. Worst service I have ever received from a business. We ordered 50 hats and they could not have been done more poorly. Crooked, off-center placement, stretched, and skewed. However, nothing could be more awful than the receive I received upon expressing my frustration. Please go else where and avoid throwing money away.
