Services
Group Pilates Apparatus classes (Pilates Apparatus which means the instructor chooses the apparatus to be used that day, Reformer, Tower, Chair, etc). If you are interested in Group Fitness classes, we offer all new clients who are Florida Residents, we offer one FREE week of group fitness classes (excluding Pilates Apparatus classes) so you can try a little bit of everything!

Clean, helpful and the shopping was a plus.

I enjoyed the apparatus classes here very much. Flo Rodriguez has the best hands-on cues I have felt so far for all these years of Pilates classes. Great experience!

I have been coming to this studio for about 3 months and I could not feel better and be happier .
This studio and the instructors are hands down the best in the area
I take multiple classes (yin yoga, trx, and barre) and I love that I can do it all in one studio. I did check other studios in the area, but after a class with them I always felt there was something missing.

I unfortunately did not have a pleasant experience at this establishment. I have had back surgery and came for pilates to strengthen my back. Had been doing pilates up north twice a week this spring and summer.
Vault wanted me to take 3 private lessons in order to take the beginners class. I wanted to take a class to see if I liked the place before I signed up. The beginner class was conducted on the floor mat as the reformer beds were being used by private lessons. I needed help getting up and down from the floor.another person in the class had taken the 3 privates & this was her first class

Best studio for barre and now TRX around! The studio is clean and bright and the instructor and friendly and upbeat and keep you motivated! I love working out there and I highly recommend it to everyone!

I've been to lots of studios and this is one of my favorites. Kelly is great, and Olivia's classes are especially good. Everyone is so sweet and it's always a good workout.

Amazing and fun workout. A little pricey but the classes and instructors keep me motivated to actually want to go. There are women of all ages and skill levels so it less intimidating than going to a regular gym. Highly recommend.

This workout works your muscles to exhaustion. The results are apparent within weeks! It has been almost one (1) year since I have been "extending" and I cannot seem to get tired of this workout. I run and lift lightly at the gym on my own and practice yoga to switch things up but nothing beats a great barre workout at Xtend Barre. They also have the best instructors in town!!! So motivating and passionate about pushing students to push themselves.

I recently found out about Xtend Barre through a Living Social deal and I am completely addicted! I'm the strongest and the most sculpted I've been since my ballet days. Xtend Barre works every muscle in your body and the variety of classes keeps your body guessing as you work to achieve your fitness goal. The stick classes are a nice complement to the basic class because I've found it to be a little more muscle-defining. I practically crawled out of my first Advanced Xtend class last Saturday, but wow I felt so great that day.

I bought a Living Social and spent the past 5 days coming here every morning at 9:30am. I must say, I HAD SO MUCH FUN!!!

The classes are super fun, go by quickly and I was amazed at the muscle definition I was getting from just a few classes. I experienced 4 different instructors and they were all awesome! I would LOVE to go back, but it is a little too expensive for me.

But trust me, if my bank account ever gets heftier, the first thing I am doing is signing up for classes here. I miss it already and it's only been 5 hours.

This studio is the best...I've always been a non-commital workout type...a little cardio a few times a week coupled with a few yoga classes there..I'm good...but xtend barre has shown me that I am totally capable of pushing myself further while enjoying it...I have no background in dance/ballet...but I found that after a few classes, I totally became hip to the verbiage and LOVE IT. If I don't go to at least 2 classes a week (which is the bare min, I think...but it gets pricey), I feel a difference in both my physical and mental state....the teachers are awesome (I am partial to
