Be A Fit Mama On-Demand Holistic Fitness is a hub of online fitness and wellness programs from Women's Wellness and Fitness Expert, Kenya Moses. Weekly videos include, meditation, strength & endurance training, pilates, yoga and well-being coaching to help women achieve not only their physical fitness goals, but the goals of their emotional body as well.

Kenya is AH-MAZING! She has a wonderful spirit about her that is contagious. She is calm, easy going, yet firm and supportive. A delight to be around and my wife LOVES working out with her! I lost 10 pounds just changing my diet to what Kenya had suggested for my wife. It does not get any better then this...call her - you will be so pleased with YOUR results.
