Wow! When I signed up for their week trial I had no idea I'll have so much fun!
Danielle and Jen are great coaches. All classes are outside, in the back of the gym. Classes are 30min long, and you get a GREAT workout!
I've come to a realization that you don't need to workout for an entire hour to see results.
30 minutes is more than enough when you know what to do.
Danielle has a great personality, he will motivate you and make you laugh at the same time.
As for parking, they have a few spots in the back, and you can easily find parking on Ocean Park.

Tried this gym out for 3 weeks and really liked it. Daniel and his trainers are very good, tough and very knowledgeable. They can adjust all exercises based on fitness level and if you have any injuries. The classes are basically in the morning and in the evening. I felt the schedule was a little limited and not enough time to stretch out as another class was either starting right afterwards or they closed for the afternoon. I do think it's very expensive at about $170-$190 a month (depending on the package) seeing as you don't have a lot of access to the place or equipment but if you

Daniel and Sara are SO welcoming and helpful. Because each class isn't too big they do a great job at working around each group and making sure every single person is in correct form. You truly get a personal trainer in a group setting - something very rare. I really felt comfortable in each class and never felt intimidated by anyone. This is a great program! I've never had a exercise an nutrition program that was so comprehensive! I was recovering from a difficult pregnancy and foot injuries but Daniel not only carefully adjusted the exercises for my injures, but he also made sure that I did proper work (stretches) at home to help the healing. This program does produce results--just make sure you have a good 2 months of a clear diary because you will be learning a lot of nutrition and that takes time/cooking prep. The people who attend are all very nice (making for a good atmosphere) and Daniel is a fun instructor, always

I love this place! Daniel and Sarah are great trainers. They give you such undivided attention and know how to help you modify until you know how to do something. Poor Daniel has to correct my form for things on a regular basis and he never gets annoyed:) I joined 6 weeks ago for a challenge and I lost 12 pounds, 4% body fat and gained over a percent of muscle. I have learned so much more about nutrition and how to eat and what to eat. I've been working out here 4-5 times per week for over a year now, and am enthusiastically giving five stars. I am 39 yrs old and had never stepped foot in a "gym" before, only yoga studios. But after a years-long lapse in yoga where I let work overwhelm my entire life and I put self-care on the back burner, this gym has exceeded all expectations I had for getting back in touch w my body and getting full-body fit.
The owner/on-site trainer, Daniel, takes pride in this small business he built and manages entirely himself, and that good energy spills over into a relaxed, happy environment

Let's face it - there are no real secrets to losing weight and getting into shape.  Any reasonably intelligent person can scan the internet and easily find the basic principles that most authorities agree upon.  But the hard part is executing the plan.  Staying on the diet, exercising regularly - sticking with the program.

Santa Monica Fit Body Boot Camp makes it about as easy as it can get.  Sure, you still have to do the work (there's no way around that), but the meal plans and nutrition information are all spelled out, you only have to show up for classes and follow along

Three stars because this place gets results! I want to start with the pros. Sarah and Daniel are great fitness instructors. They have modified workouts for the newbies as well as advanced for those who want to challenge themselves.They also stress nutrition and create meal plans and send recipes. You also get motivated emails sent to you daily. They watch vigilantly and this helps to ensure you are performing the exercise correctly as well as prevent injuries. I am new to working out - and not a spring chicken - so I was frankly worried about keeping up in the classes. Daniel & Sarah made me feel welcome and helped me to modify the routines in a way that still challenges me, but not to the point of injury. I’ve been using the My Fitness Pal app & have been able to effectively reduce my overeating without feeling hungry. The classes are at convenient times and close to my home. Highly recommend to all; young & less young, fit & less fit, guys & girls alike!

Daniel is so sincere and really focused on getting you in your best shape possible. I loved being able to reserve a spot for class on the app Zenplanner and have lots of options. To this day I am better at pushups (and many other exercises) because of his tips.

Everything about this bootcamp is phenomenal. Daniel and Sarah are great motivators and trainers. They are there to push you, not punish you. Daniel and Sarah provide incredibly high caliber, high intensity work outs in a short period of time (important for those of us who don’t have an hour plus to spend every day at the gym). I’m in and out in less than 40 minutes and I’m seeing results faster than when I used to live in the gym.
They cater to all levels of clients and ensure that… everyone is pushed hard enough to see results but always in a safe way. Attention to form and safety is always paramount to slogging through an exercise or lifting more weights or doing more reps.

I cannot rave enough about SMFBBC! I am 5 months in. When I joined I was 20lbs overweight! Belly and Back Fat! Daniel Laga is amazing! He is Professional, knowledgeable and a great motivator! It's like having a personal trainer in a friendly group setting. I am so much stronger and I have lost all the 20lbs plus the belly and back fat! Another thing, the workouts are not complicated so anyone can do it!

I absolutely LOVE this place. Daniel is AMAZING!!! He is so attentive, knows just how far to push your limits, very personable, makes sure you are performing the exercises correctly, very hands on. I joined Fit body Boot Camp about 5 months ago and it has been a very positive experience! For me, it's great because I need a routine that works around my very busy work/mom schedule. The 30-minute full body workouts are awesome...super efficient and effective!

Daniel is dedicated to helping his clients learn the right exercise and eating habits to get results and just to overall lead a healthier life. I have learned a lot and I am seeing the results!

Excellent place and trainer! Great workout in only 30 minutes! It is definitely not easy, you will feel exhausted at the end and it will feel good! What I appreciate the most is trainer's (Daniel Laga) attitude. He knows how to motivate to make sure you get the most out of your workout.
In addition, I appreciate that he is teaching you exercises from basic to advanced version. You're not expected to do a more advanced version until you build the strength and form to do it. That's the way it should be done but some classes are not thought that way exposing those less experienced
