The owner of the company just hung up the phone on me. I received a quote 2 weeks ago to print, stuff envelopes, and mail around 1000 letters which included postage. The total was over $1,300, which was a little on the high side in my opinion, but I thought that the job would be done in a couple of days instead of weeks. I called last week to speak with Cesar, the employee that sent me the quote and who was helping me, and I never got a return call. I called this morning to check the status and was informed that postage would be an additional $350 due to a miscalculation on their end. I didn&apos

A complete waste of time. Who has time to drive around LA expecting that their items will be printed only to find out after you called before driving there that 1. Your order isn't ready and hasn't been printed 2. They can't even meet your printing specifications. What's the point of calling to confirm and verify your order was printed if no one is actually going to take the time to check. I guess y'all have TIME to waste. Thanks for the poor service.

I feel so fortunate to have found this place. I was looking for someone to print my wedding invitation that our friend in NY drew us. It was extremely hard to find someone, even here in town, who had the paper and equipment to print as thick as we wanted. (One place in Beverly Hills could, for a fortune.) It was seeming like we'd have to send out to an online printer, which was not ideal for this job -- we needed somewhat of a fast turnaround. Then we found Sean at LA Press.
Sean was knowledgable, he had suggestions, the prices were reasonable, and he was fast. We had the invitations back

Terrible service! I called in last week regarding some signage for our office and the guy on the phone seemed kind of out of it. He asked me to email him the details so he could price out for me. I emailed him a very detailed list including pictures, font, logos in various format and even a color palette. They never replied. I followed up today and a few hours later I got an email that simply said "Hi, sorry, we do not run those kind of signs"

Helpful, fast, affordable. Not only did Cesar help me tweak the color of the file when the paper I wanted wasn't going to work, he stayed with me almost 2 hours after closing to help me finish a project on deadline that another printer had totally blown. At no extra charge. Who DOES that??

Jennifer, their Graphic Artist was great! She is a real artist! & the whole experience was very positive except parking... Be careful so that you do not get a ticket, so park behind their store!

We always use LA Press Printing for our printing jobs. I deal with Cesar and Sean directly for the artwork and proofs. The owner's name is Sean and they run a good family business. All of their prices are cheaper than print shops including the big guys Kinkos. Our company would rather support the small mom & pop vs going with the corporate companies. Anyway I really recommend them and when we moved and from NY to LA, they were very accommodating and that's why we still use them 8 years later.
