First Flare and Repair is proud to announce the release of SMART Shop services. A SMART Shop is a mini-mobile shop located on a customer's rail site where large fleets are cycling through.

Services
Our mobile, trailer mounted flare units are available to flare tank cars prior to change of service, repair, cleaning, lease return or scrapping. We offer flameless Vapor Transloading (VT) services which eliminates the need to flare a railcar in order to render it safe for repair or cleaning if flaring is not an option due to air permits or other restrictions.
First Flare and Repair has added a fleet of trailer mounted, mobile nitrogen generators capable of producing nitrogen in the field. Each unit is capable of exceeding our onsite needs for nitrogen applications. Nitrogen purging during the flare process allows for pressurization to move products quickly through the flare stack.
