This was my first foray into the realm of chiropractic care when I started with Dr. Nichols in February. Trepidation? YES! Doubt that this would help with my various concerns? YES! In the initial visit, he did a very good job of putting me at ease as well as explaining his findings and recommendations.
At our chiropractic center our examination procedures are geared toward detection and correction of the "Vertebral Subluxation." The procedures we use are therefore specifically selected for your spine and nervous system health. There are a couple of things that you should expect when you have a first visit at our clinic.
In simplest terms, a subluxation a.k.a. Vertebral Subluxation) is when one or more of the bones of your spine (vertebrae) move out of position and create pressure on, or irritate spinal nerves. Spinal nerves are the nerves that come out from between each of the bones in your spine. This pressure or irritation on the nerves then causes those nerves to malfunction and interfere with the signals traveling over those nerves.
This is a representation of one type of subluxation. A subluxation, as defined by the Association of Chiropractic Colleges is: "A subluxation is a complex of functional and/or structural and/or pathological articular changes that compromise neural integrity and may influence organ system function and general health."

Dr. Nichols does an amazing job. My whole family and I go to get adjusted. Truly a profesional and he is very respectful. I was a Chiropractic Assistant for 6 years in North Raleigh so I have been adjusted many times by many different chiropractors. I ended up switching jobs for a work from home position in a different field so went without being adjusted a few months during the transition. I happened to find Dr. David online and have been going ever since. He has helped with everything from my tailbone pain to general headaches to TMJ. I now live in Lillington but his flexible hours make stopping by for a quick adjustment while on that side of town a breeze. Not to mention he is one of the most budget friendly chiropractors

My family and I have been seeing Dr. David to keep my family pain free for the past 5 years. He is very kind and caring with everyone that walks in his door. His fixed monthly fee makes chiropractic care affordable, especially since you are able to go as often as you need. His hours can accommodate any schedule with no appointment needed.
