Services
Dr. Jason Day graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2005. The path to Holly Springs took a few years longer, with Trinity Life Center opening its doors in 2011. Dr. Jason spent six years practicing in the Netherlands but always wanted to return to the U.S. and open a family-oriented practice.
Growing up, Dr. Jason knew he wanted to enter the healthcare field. After visiting a chiropractor at 16 and discovering the world of natural healing, he knew chiropractic was his future. Though Dr. Jason once considered becoming a medical doctor, his commitment to his family and desire to be a family man didn't match up with the long, demanding hours worked in a hospital environment.

This is my first time experiencing chiropractic work and I am absolutely SO thrilled to have met Dr. Makenzie. She listened to all the issues I've been having during my second pregnancy, and whilst I am only 2 visits in, I already feel SO much better. She also explains the scans they run very thoroughly on a level that is easy to understand. I drive 45 minutes just so I can get adjusted at this fantastic practice. You won't be disappointed. Worth every mile and penny spent!

This is the nicest office I have ever been too! Everyone is exceptionally nice and you can tell they genuinely love what they do! They have been adjusting my 18 month old to help prevent ear infections. He is much happier and now healthier after a few months of regularly schedule adjustments. If you are looking a great family Chriopractor, this is the place to go!

From the moment I stepped into Trinity Life Center, I felt a sense of peace and confidence that I was in the right place for my son and I. Dr. Jason was so patient with my 3 yr old son. During our initial meeting, I felt like Dr. Jason and I were on the same page. I believe in whole person concept to wholeness and at that moment, I knew my son would definitely get better in every way!

Our son has had reflux issues since he was 5 weeks old. He is now 18 months and we finally found Trinity Life! Over the last couple months of following a regular adjustment schedule, we have seen huge improvements in his gut, his overall happiness and better quality of life. The doctors and staff are friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. We are so glad we found this office to help our son!

I live in Oregon, had to fly to Raleigh for a funeral. A couple days after the funeral my lower back slipped

My Family and I were referred to Dr. Jason, as we like to call him, by another Chiropractor. My immediate thought was, "Well if the other pros are going to him, he must be doing something right." And he most certainly is!!! We have loved seeing the Team at Trinity for our bi-weekly adjustments. We're always welcomed with love and excitement, positivity and compassion. Dr. Jason and his team are the friendliest, most down-to-earth people you will ever meet. I have a very dynamic schedule, but they always squeeze me in for adjustments at the last minute. I have been going to Dr. Jason for over 10 years, and would never consider going anywhere else. He’s the best, hands down.
